I will refund not as a PayPal payment, but as a "refund" of your original payment. A refund cannot be reversed/chargebacked. You can also feel free to keep the collateral for the 60 day Buyer Protection period; not an issue for me.

I'll fund a loan in the amount of $8000BTC (1.847BTC at current rate on poloniex ) to a29654  (u=840733)

Loan amount: 8,000 usd in BTC
Interest: 10% a month
Loan term: ~3 1/2 months
Collateral: waves (150%)

Terms:
BTC loan pegged to usd amount (in other words borrowing usd in BTC).
If collateral is goes higher than 175% of loan excess will be returned.
Liquidation at 110%, I will be informed once it reaches 120% and have te option to add more collateral


The terms of the loan:
In the event that the value of the collateral falls below 110% of the principle then I would have the right (but not obligation) to sell the collateral at the best available price, as quickly as possible. (After gives a chance add additional collateral)
In the case that I am not able to sell the collateral for an amount enough to cover the principle plus interest then  a29654   would owe me the difference
