Question: Why Zebpay is not accessible from desktop ?
- When we started Zebpay we decided we want to give the most convenient way to experience bitcoin to new users. We did a small user feedback survey and learned that mobile app is much preferred compared to desktop ( web ) version. We can have web version but Every platform you add requires resources to manage and support. At the moment all of our efforts are focused on getting you best experience of buying and selling bitcoins along with topnotch support experience. Honestly we do not have enough resources to add one more platform at the moment.
We understand that as we grow we must support user on all major platforms like Windows ( and may be web client ) and we do have these task in our long term road map.
