Because of the decentralized nature of the application, it is impossible for the company to prevent users from performing actions. The company will hold 10% of tokens in escrow and the core team members will be restricted from flooding the market with their tokens as well.

thats how i see it too,zeex will be connection between buyers are retailers.

That's cool. We can always try to work around it since the governments are so keen on slapping restrictions on anything that doesn't bring them money.

Mass adoption is very difficult, i think the reason why most projects fail to be materialized. We keep forgetting the purpose of the ico and hurry up on selling the tokens we have bought or received. Usability is one primary goal and this ico has made it clear that if we invest in this, we are bound to hold our coins/tokens and use it to our advantage.

Ethereum is the most established and trusted blockchain available today. To add to that, Ethereum offers a great deal of flexibility not had on other blockchains.
