I don't know why is she confused with all this.
I thought she already know because she bid on my ads.
i admitted some of them did not do anything, like formal interview, to join my team at first, because i was planning to add them first to form a complete team, then consult them, and even hire them later and pay them real salary, once the banking components have been completed, without putting anymore ads.
This is also to know whether they are in it for money or really believe in the project.
What about those who demanded ridiculous amount just to join my team?

But if you look at each team member profile, they have very detailed experienced. Because i am strict and takes time on choosing each member already. I don't want to waste my time consulting new members again next time.
+ if i find some of them not doing anything as time goes on, i will replace with new one. I also need each team members to contribute at least something even though its only a little bit of work.
+ she lied when she said the link did not work! Attorney but lied... i am really disappointed with her attitude and actions too. After i gave her my email and to keep her updated, she did not even replied me at all. So i thought she joined my team.
Members like Shanique i know she will not be loyal to company, just look at her linkedIN profile, keep changing jobs. Most only want money without giving any real value.
