Zoin is not a pump and dump scam. Before saying something stupid like that you should do your research. The dump come from the NIX snapshot. People bought Zoin to get NIX. As consequence, after the snapshot they sold their Zoin and crashed the price. On top people like you started to FUD and weak hands started to panic selling. There is a new team now which come from the community. People that are putting their time on this project without any economical compensation. How many pump and dumb scam coins do the same?
This recent deceitful pump and dump scam has been a lesson in how some people will do anything to make a lot of money by fraudulently fooling others with their scam and lies.

All scam coins (not implying anything) says DEV team is really busy, so for GOD sake, put someone in charge, one guy, who will tell community needed information, when they ask for it.
This is a clear case of "love you long time", and "thank you for your money" that got dumped on the suckers that bought this turd during the pump.
Did the development team run off or are they still around? Didn't feel great about this either, but they were quite active in the beginning to convince people.
Great to see that the new developement team of the Zoin project is now here. From now on we can expect some nice tools, i hope so. Cannot wait to see the new roadmap.
