Hi, this has to do with the fact that their proxy server has a delay in sending it to the coininfo page. I contacted Cryptopia before about this and that is the explanation that they gave me. So it is probably not even behind. I also did a text withdraw today of 1 ZOI and received it on my desktop wallet within 4 hours. This is still long but it seems that Cryptopia is working on its backend right now.
