Hi, I just installed wallet, now it is empty of course, I want transfer my coins on it, can I receive coins only when my wallet is syncronized? Because now it's unlocked but out of syncro yet.

It will take a few hours to synchronize for sure, just keep the wallet open and wait for it to download all the blocks. Make sure you don't have any antivirus software / firewalls blocking the program, as they typically interfere and block all connections.
You have a receiving address in the "Recieve" tab of your wallet, just send your funds to that address and by the time your client is all synced up and ready, your coins will be there waiting for you.
