I've moved the x11 stratum server to the new server as well and seems to be enjoying the new digs.

Just a reminder that you check and update your stratum hosts to include the algo, so these types of changes are relatively seamless. There are still quite a few miners from SHA and SCRYPT still using the old mine.zpool.ca

Cheers

I'm jumping back on again.

I'd mined for most of a block when it was first added to this pool, but the payout didn't match what I was expecting so I had dropped back to multi-algo.

But I'll give it a go again for a few weeks to see if I want to stick with it. I get 230 MH/s, so that should help out TTF a tiny amount.

Im about 245 solid =)  Ill probably be on lbry till end of the month.

Still holding out for that lbry block.  BEen on it solid;  for a few times the only one mining on it (so it seems).    The share time has become so big that even though I am ~50%+ of pool hashrate I am still only at 10.2% total shares.... which is still totally fine given the profitability of a mere 2.5% share!

I appreciate the lowered fee... I have gone into the negative by the math on the pool luck;  should have had a block by now.

Finally got that block. Hoping for a string of luck now!
Totally.  The rewards are very very nice =)  I hope more people jump on the bandwagon to get a TTF ~ 3-6 hours or less.  Here's hoping... lol.

Just the front end while payments are going out. Does it on purpose. Has a lot of db activity to do so all resources are freed for that.
So it's just a coincidence that the pool dies every time (within 1-3 minutes) too?  Undecided

I like that!, an excelent way to reduce load and possible "issues" in a very critical moment  Smiley

looks like we lost ALL of the sha256 hash rate, even tho my miner still says alive and mining away finding blocks.
Here's to hoping 3 server hops in 15 minutes leads to improved performance....

Is it me or did we lose a sizeable amount of hashrate over the last week or so?

Yeah.  I've never invested in alts.  I haven't even put a cent into ETH.  I think ETH is garbage and bound to implode given it's malleable nature.

BTC is where it's at.  Ill stay with Bitcoin Core unless it doesn't scale in the future as it was originally intended to be; then ill consider a sidefork if i need to.  But I am BTC all the way.  Less fuss, more stability than other crypto.

*edit* I say stability because its your fault for trusting someone else with your coins. (exchange fiascos)  Notice all problems with bitcoin circle around FIAT... not bitcoin.

Yes! This.

While BTC isn't perfect, it really is a testament to the original author that it is so stable (as a protocol and technology). It's amusing that, since the DAObacle started, every "fix" just makes the situation worse.

looks ok... now?
Ya.
Skerd me when you rebooted it, since I was adjusting a fan on one of the S9s (I hate how they whistle) and everyone started beeping.  Tongue
