its not the exchange, its the team they were saying scam. this is the only team that haven't release anything and its almosta year already. they gotta be kidding. they were hiring a lot of times but has never made it to release. they'd just keep you wait til you forget your investment.
Liqui was spamming every ICO, relentlessly, they weren't established, and the right thing to do is to proceed with caution, because there's no real way to know if they were legit. Especially with the scummy spam. Just because they're not spamming the thread every 5 minutes now, doesn't change the fact that that's their character. I wouldn't trust them even now.
The lamest part of their spamming were the fake users who randomly, in an obviously fake way talked about how liqui was the most wonderful thing in the world, as if they just cured their cancer, they're so amazing.
It's like you just bought a very expensive sports car, and you're showing it off to your friends. But forget about the car, all you talk about is how amazing the car dealership was.
Or if you went to a very expensive high class restaurant, and instead of talking about what makes the restaurant and its food so great, all you do is talk about how amazing the busboys were.
