I often see people like this or so-called imposter, to take advantage in the token DCT, because they know DECENT will be a large coin, and into the coin the future to come, so I think everyone should not be provoked by invitation, to get DCT or buy tokens, which can be detrimental to you in the future ..

How can someone enforce this IOU will really mean the token will be transferred? If not, probably a scam.
