Regarding the signature campaign, is there a minimum post demand? meaning does the bounty depends on the number of post one issues since registration?

Basically you get a stake (proportionally to your membership level) for just putting a signature in your profile. Another stake for having it there each week during the Bounty campaign. You can earn more stakes for posting: 20 mandatory posts, then a stake for each 30 posts with the signature.
I was wondering if it was possible to add the DECENT signature to one's existing signature and participate in the signature campaign.
For News Letter/Facebook/Twitter campaigns, I understand that subscribing/liking/following is enough and that the user will be contacted by the team once the campaign is over. Is that right?
