Its not about spam but multi accounts abuse. Their ranks explains it all.

Just lower the stakes for anyone less than Full Member & it should be controlled.

Besides the op can create a condition like, accouts created after this date eg 1 August, will not be able to participate. This can control some account abuses.

This seems like a fair solution!

I think you r completely out of the track. We r not talking about posting but multi account abuse for free stakes.

if some guy applies for sig with100 jr accounts for free stakes then he is affecting the campaign terribly. It is difficult to abuse with higher rank accounts.
