They replied telling me they can't send any coins to the USA xD Oh well I'll have to count on my Friend in Japan then 
I finally got a reply by email today after a week or so waiting, that they were going to send one. After I sent my address, they then replied they cant ship to US due to the funded coins. I'll have to pick one up from someone else.
They just shipped my sample today.

The private key QR code is printed on glossy plastic too, so you could probably soak these in a solvent bath to remove the holo. Lotta work for $0.50 tho.
