What is the next plan for the project?
Yeah I am also quite interested in what they are going to do to keep improving onegram. This is the first altcoin that I actually have some faith in. Hopefully it actually works out.

Hope to see this OneGram a successful project soon.
If issues in this project are fixed and has proven its authenticity by clients and the community, This would be a great Project to those who are going to use it. As of now Im not gonna rate this a 60% improvement as this is in the process of enhancements of their program and need some developments. Every project we are going to make today specially in investment needs the support of the community not their nonsense efforts of bashing just to cripple the project. If you yourself know about  this project is a scam better quit but if the project is successful and proven not a scam then it will always be a good reputation to the dev team for proving the haters wrong. But yeah it is always our own responsibility if ever we got scammed. Research helps a lot. So we are looking forward to support the project dev so good luck OneGram

The Airport responded.
I asked if they stored gold, and had a contract with Onegram to store the gold there.
They responded that its possible to store gold there.
I replied that they missed an important question in my email, and they responded....

Good morning

We have mentioned in the email that storing gold is allowed subject to the approval from Dubai Police.

Regards

Seems these questions have tough answers.

An coin backed by technology along with the gold simply attracts the users who believe holds to be an much secure asset. Some has described that bitcoin dominance has decreased due to techniques that are incorporated with the new coming altcoins which is not true.

Why do people always make it look like the superiority of Bitcoin to altcoins is cast in stone. I really don't believe Bitcoin will continue to lead forever. A time will come when some altcoins will stand shoulder high over Bitcoin considering the fact that lately Bitcoin's dominance in the crypto market has dwindled. Or hasn't anyone noticed this sharp drop since January?

While it's true that altcoins can surpass bitcoin due to technological changes, I'm not sure what you're getting at when you say that there's been a sharp drop since January. It's all been upward since then. Since January 1st, the price has climbed $900 and is still going strong.

Will onegram be more expensive from bitcoin? They buy gold. Store it. And sell it when high. The profit will go to investor correct?
You are right in the sense that this currency is backed by gold but that does not mean that it will go pass bitcoin value. Bitcoin has established itself to a major cryptocurrecny. I will consider onegram to be in the top 100 altcoins in the near future. This is a more realistic approach than just dreaming.

I just have a couple of questions regarding it being sharia compliant:

1. Why do you regard other crypto's non-sharia compliant? I know that some aren't when they involve interest or the ICO at the beginning.
2. The fees include insurance. As far as I know standard insurance is against sharia.
3. I was shocked to read that you do not require immediate transaction between gold and currencies (cryptos or mainstream).
4. How do you get access to the physical gold? Do you need to pay more fees for this?
5. The 10% is huge.

Edit: What's with the slogan: In Gold we trust.
Astagfirullah!!! It is in Allah we trust.

Well, no one provided a contact number of any kind for verification.
Have you tried to reach advisers? For example, there is Sheikh Abdulkader Amor, CEO of Al Maali Consulting Group. And there are phone numbers on web site.

Only 1 of the consultants has replied so far.
Contacting people they list on here is a first step, but, I try and contact the people that will actually verify the business.
EG Loomis for the gold, or AlHuda Centre of Islamic Banking & Economics (CIBE) to see if they are sharia compliant.
Im more interested in the gold being a thing, then a phonenumber that contacts someone within the team.
But, thats just how I do things. Cheesy Still waiting on replies.

Although this is a sharia compliant crypto but anyone irrespective of his religion can participate in it.
I have intuition that this is going to be one of the best and top crypto because not only its devs are based in Dubai but also because it is first sharia compliant.

This is not about religious doctrine, it only offers a unique financial system, so it applies globally without criticizing any particular religion. This is the same as what we see for dubai airline sponsors in the jersey of manchester city.

Yeah, i also do beleive on Onegram's perspective conception which probably may lead Onegram to a high level glorification in the world of cryptocurrency.

Nice to see something like OGC entering the crypto world. Gold is often considered as the base value for any currency in trade. OGC being Sharia compliant will definitely boost its value as well as acceptance in many parts of the world. Waiting eagerly for the launch of OGC. Best wishes to the team of OGC. GODBLESS

Well, no one provided a contact number of any kind for verification.
So, plan B.

Sent off emails to the Dubai Airport to verify they have the 33,000 troy pounds of gold, or at least a contract with Onegram/GoldGuard to hold this much at the location.
Sent off emails to the Center of Islamic Banking & Economics to see if they are Sharia compliant.
Sent off emails to Loomis.
Sent off a message to Ferdous Bhai.
Waiting on a return email on those.

Still digging.

Response from Ferdous Bhai...
He is providing technical support via 21mil.com
