Will onegram be more expensive from bitcoin? They buy gold. Store it. And sell it when high. The profit will go to investor correct?
You are right in the sense that this currency is backed by gold but that does not mean that it will go pass bitcoin value. Bitcoin has established itself to a major cryptocurrecny. I will consider onegram to be in the top 100 altcoins in the near future. This is a more realistic approach than just dreaming.
The features like Sharia compliant and gold backing are not common and I am sure you cannot find such stand alone conceptual based altcoin more frequently.

From my understanding these features are more than enough to reach top 50 mark too but it does need continuous marketing because people get attracted only on promotions rather than identifying the real concepts.

Thought I would have a look since I am in the bounty program. It seems like a pretty neat idea. I also checked the website. I am concerned with what would happen if there isn't enough interest for the entire supply to be sold. Also, I take it that the backing of gold increases through time because of the fees, so the value would always be increasing. Am I correct in making this assumption?
Yes, my interpretation is also similar to that like OGC will have progressive high value over time as gold reserves are focus to be increased. I am sure that the Sharia compliant is another new thing which will be attractive to more percentage of altcoin community.

Why not we emphasize to devs the importance for switching over to self moderated topic so that they can have control over off-posters... Now a days devs do get one extra task to take care.
Yes that will be a right decision. I do not think that we need here such offtopic discussing which is only creating confusion.

I think if a person have any doubt he should go for next steps like alerting people with proper information. But I am sure this community is well mature and we all will take our own decisions by ourselves do just by driven by some supportless views.

Though lot's of scam accusations, let's see how far would this go. I am supporting this anyway.
Yes I am also supporting it and hope that it will be declared as trusted and all the scam accusation against it will be proven as wrong. Hopefully this project is going to be more successful regardless of what few people arguing.

I think you devs need to pay taxes to us. That's what sharia wants for infidels too.

Dude, that is not Sharia! that is Sheba!     get it right!

fun facts....
the UAE has NO naturalization policies. if you were not born there you can never be a citizen!
and if your not a citizen you cannot own a business there and the only way to conduct a business in the UAE is to be sponsored by a citizen of the UAE.
and homosexual activities is still punishable by Death!
just some fun facts!
no Whole UAE do not follow that rules. in Saudi Arabia you need a sponsor, but n Dubai you can start your own business, there you do not need to for any sponsor, you can start your own business, there you can see a lot of foreigner companies have established their own business there. but it is a  fact that you cannot get nationality there.

hahaha

if that jamalaezaz is involved you can be 1000% sure that this is a scam

he has a habit of getting involved in scammy ICOs.
How can a junior have so much information,  you have to prove it otherwise the manage can go for scam acquisition against you, and you will be shutoff forever. I think you need to take your statement back or prove it.
Personal FUDs are being major part of this topic and I guess making new self moderated topic becoming immediate requirement to keep the project on the track.

You should have made this a self moderated thread to avoid unnecessary fud. This has happened to many ICO and they have to move their thread to self-moderated one to avoid this.Iconomi has to do it months after their ICO.I suggest you lock this and create a new thread.
Yes that can be right but I think we can even continue it here. I think such useless and unnecessary cannot stop to project from becoming a successful project. We will continue supporting the project and hopefully It will get its target in a good manner.

please everyone ... try to understand this concept....
when this coin enters its first exchange..... who will control the value and maintain it at one gram of gold price?
there is no way they can maintain that price if on an open market trading platform...
this means they have to use closed source and be fully funded before they launch or the coin has no value .
self funding prior to launch means they do not need an ico!
closed source means also that no one can have access to the fraudulent accounting of anyone.
they are trying to gain 500m in ICO ?  they liked the number of how much Dubai is offering  for actual startups but they want it all!!!!

you guys are getting scammed..

Yes, I remember paycoin (XPY) promised that the price wont go down to $20 (GAWMINERS) hahaha
People investing in this will let themselves get scammed in the end.

there are too many gullable people and this is a "onecoin" knock off

I think it is too much important to think 100 times before blaming a project.  If we do not have any valid reason or proof we should not blame a person/venture.  And through this way we cannot effect the personality of a person but can affect our own position and reputation.

you certainly have the lack of reading skills! and yes i do have valid proof!  but you could never understand without reading!

This is an good effort and an one step above other digital currency to have a religious view. Some with the terms of cryptocoins being opposite to the religious view feel hesitant to use it. Now this will get changed and more can be a part of it as well the backing with gold serves as an added advantage.

you are paid to talk shit, and you are talking shit!
Instead of writing here, you can report anyone if you are finding them spamming. But obviously you cannot call anyone talking shit only in the case of they are supporting some project or even they are coming with the intention of scamming. A scam should be treated in different way from the methods which are prescribed/practiced in this forum for spamming.

Do not get confused by mixing scam attempts with spamming.

and obviously you are getting paid for those words ! and your signature shows why your posting in this thread .
and all summed up what you wrote means nothing ! no start or finish so it is very clear your posting only for cash!
that is truly pitiful !
I do not think that if a person is getting paid he has no right to say anything, he is not paid here for to stand against  you. If you are not here he will still be paid, as he has not sign any agreement to defend the thread against the spammer like you.

Yes we can hope so. Hope that when it will be added in exchange its price will continue to increase and most of the people eyes are on it and they are waiting for it to be added in the exchange hope that the demand will increase more and more. And the profit will surely go to the investor directly.

once it is added to an exchange... it will be the supply and demand that will regulate the price... oh no we forgot the the price is stable at one gram of gold per each coin!!
obviously posting only for the sake of a few pennies of payment!

Probably now you are writing for your post counts.

the financial aspect of islam is very interesting, its sad that its only been mentioned with crimes, terror and female enslavement.

about the project i have no idea , is there an escrow? the buy back gold idea with fees is very interesting

escrow and buy back ect.... surly should be present but if they are or not is still to be told. and before that should come the proof that they actually bought gold as they said they did but refused to provide info as requested "several times"  and they simply prefer to ignore the questions that are uncomfortable!
 for first thing is =
how do they intend to maintain the price level with the commodity of GOLD?
the strategies possible to maintain based on gold are very few and none of them are good for open market functions!
example=  this coin gets listed on bittrex or poloniex or any other well known exchange... the market will dictate the value and cost of this coin and not simple words cam maintain it equal to gold! the laws of supply and demand are harsh!
or
they would have to maintain a CLOSED SOURCE wallet and a Dedicated exchange "proprietary" but to assure value and price to be maintained equal to the gold they would need to have the equal amount of gold already in house and certified for each coin  1 million coins ="1 million grams of gold" that is the only way they can use the gold standard!
so if they already have the gold in house why are they so reluctant to prove it?
if theyt already have the gold in house why would they think of putting this in an ICO  for pennies?
if they have such huge investors  then why would they offer this to the public?
they say it is Sharia Compliant but none of  The Advisory Board of the Dubai Center for Islamic Banking and Finance (DCIBF) Center. has ever heard of them?

this is obviously a scam!
I think it is not so easy to discuss and clarify everything here.  It a huge project and there must be so many other issues which the one alone do not have permission to discuss here according to the rules and policy of the project. The developer and the all the team may have some mechanism for that to handle the issue of balancing the price with the exchange which the op do want to publish it.
