This (suspected) scam has only been successful because of the NXT phenomenon.

I think this is a better reason...

Is it possible to track Visacoin and force him to refund scammed investors?

No, Of course not! Smiley

There are probability 50 investors from 50 different countries and Visa Coin enjoys his money in china.

Honestly, this guy strictly hasn't violate the law. There is certainly no rule which forbids a stupid business idea and stupid investors, which believe in this stupid idea.

It has to be acknowledged, that this guy can sell the pure shit for gold. Perhaps he would be a good insurance agent or a used-vehicle dealer.

Please track him down and hurt him. If I found him I could think of some ways to force him.  Id beat him to death with a blade and stick USBs up his ass. See if I could mine it out of him...haha  The bitcoin community needs to make an example out of someone for gods sakes. And you fucking losers make it so there is big money in scams and so you just entice more scammers.

The guy has been active for the last two days but no posts.

He's probably laughing his ass out.

I'll make my list of persons who invested in those scams and wait till they give advice or talk about how knowledgeable they are again.
There is an idiot who invested in this and argued with me about how he's an investor and a trader and he know everything about bitcoin.

God , this will be so funnyyyyyy

Time to copy and paste this text, make a new thread on a new account and get another 100 BTC for literally nothing at all.

Why is it that when one IPO goes quiet, another one suddenly springs up and becomes very active?

Not a pattern at all, I'm sure.

What another one?

Well, there are a few of these IPO schemes on the forum at the moment. All promising amazing things with nothing to show for it. I'm not going to promote them by naming them, but they're on the forum and doing pretty much the exact same thing.
