You guys should have realized this was a scam long ago when he was confronted by the copyright claim that would be made against him for the name being visa coin. When this issue was brought up he brushed it aside saying it didn't matter this should have cemented the fact that he was not looking in the longer term and only looking to scam you all quick for some easy BTC. People who buy this are insane. They see the awesome project at Mastercoin and they want in on the ground floor. So they quickly jump into this garbage which is made to look like Mastercoin from its name down. But the OP doesn't even bother with any technical details. So, get rich quick people throw money at it.
