By posting that in the opening, it's like waving a giant "PLEASE SUE US WE WILL SETTLE" sign at the creators. If they didn't do this, it's very unlikely that the creator will try to get anything off this coin but now that the dev have essentially promised payment I'd be surprised if the creator DOESN'T try to get his piece.

Obviously Torres would not approve. Nobody would sue the creators of alt-cryptocurrencies though~ esp. not of some random litecoinsrc-search-and-replace-coin...

When we go ... we will have the wallet ready right after, at least i don't see any problem with that so far.
No rush about exchanges, because we want ppl to be able to mine it in peace for some time.

About the pool, we gonna have 1 pool that will reward ppl mining with cpus, and even with low output cards.
The goal is to help the ones with few hardware resources to get their NYAN's too.

No news about the release time yet Sad

But u know ... we will FOR SURE give at least 12h notice.
