Maybe you should update op that newly created accounts are not eligible to participate or to join and also accounts that are 2 weeks old or something that depends on your decision. Don't focus on merits rather than learning first. You won't get merits that way if you always think about earning merit. Try coming back later on once you learn more and maybe Ratimov will send you merit. Also, learn how to quote properly.

I think Ratimov is intentionally ignoring your application because it looks like you forgot to read the rules before submitting the application. I see your application was ineligible earlier because you only had 457 merit then. But now it seems that you are qualified to expect Ratimov's help as it already has 478 merit.

I'd like to help you out with some merit, but will probably do so tomorrow or when I have time to review some of your post history. Good job _BlackStar, you will get what you want soon and I hope you have good patience to look forward to it. 7 months doesn't seem like a short time because waiting is something very boring. Cheesy

I haven't take much more digging so I haven't sent any merit to that user. I believe what you said so I decided not to sent any at all and decided to sent to other participants that I think is much more deserving. Anyway, thanks for the information that you provided, I would have been an idiot to send merit right away. Now I would check more before giving rewards as an inspiration though we can't prevent them from evading ban by creating new account.
