I placed some bets on Benfica but they were understandably voided. So that should not come into your thoughts when reviewing the legitimate bets that I placed.

We already have send you an email about the case. Our team has detected that you were betting on events on purpose where you had a massive and unfair advantage, most probably provided by tipster services.
The odds you have chosen implied a winning probability of 50%, but the real probability to win was much bigger and you know that very well.
We want to remind you that this is not allowed and is a violation of our terms. Therefore, all your bets have been voided.
We have decided to give you your deposited money back.
You can login to your account, and request the remaining funds from your balance.
Note: Unfortunately there are some players who want to exploit the situation with incorrect displayed odds in our software.
A good example is what happened with the match Belenenses - Benfica, Where the home team was infected with covid19, and started the match with only 9 players.
At the moment the odds for this match were available, the software provider and corresponding odds were not aware of the covid situation and offered the normal odds.
There were users, who were trying to exploit this situation and we consider this as a way of exploit our software on the platform on purpose and this is a violation of our terms.
I want to refer you to the terms:
10.10 Company reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In this event, or in the event of an account closure by a customer the gull balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent (e.g. Arbitrage, etc.) behavior is suspected. In case of fraudulent behavior, winnings will be voided and deposits will be confiscated or refunded, at Company's sole discretion, after we deduct the corresponding administrative and transaction fees and any fees that Company is obliged to pay to the competent authorities due to a customer’s complaint. Company also reserves the right to report to the appropriate authorities, if any customer is involved in any form of suspected fraudulent behavior.
10.11 As "Arbitrage" Company means the method certain players can use in order to abuse Sportsbook offers to their advantage. In such cases, we reserve the right to void bets, deduct winnings and remaining funds or return user's initial deposit at Company's discretion. Indicators, including but not limited, that gives Company strong reasons to believe that a bettor is abusing our offers using the arbitrage system.
10.12 We reserve the right to void and withhold any or all winnings made by any Player, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the said Player is acting or has acted in liaison with an attempt to defraud or damage the Company and/or the Services and/or the Platform in any way.

You have placed nearly 300 bets, so it will take some time to verify all your bets.
Please don't attempt to just void all of my bets, as about 50% of the bets I placed were live bets, which would not line up with the reasons you have given above for voiding all bets. It would not make any sense and it would be entirely disreputable.
