Lesson learned for you, not all users are welcome to private message especially if the users do not know about your site. If you want to invites some users to clear their doubt, it would be better if you open a review bounty publicly. Ask user to try your site and make a honest review then you give them a small reward.

I don't think anyone should blame you for that, but some users are very sensitive.
It is possible that you do not know about it yet, but if someone reports it to the administration, for sending such messages you can very easily be banned for at least a few days. So I rather recommend caution Wink

Better check very carefully if the address from you got the message is 100% compatible with 4444sport. It's very easy to get confused with the number of fours. Surely, scammers will try to take advantage of this by sending links to phishing websites.

Seems like that you have a license from Costa Rica. What happens if they ask you to perform KYC?

Would you still allow anonymous accounts to cash out? If not, I think it may be misleading to advertise no KYC as one of your features.

Regarding the name I don't know if anyone noticed it, but the smartest thing is that in many countries there are firewalls that pick up the names of gambling websites (bet, win and similar) and block them with internet providers. I think 4444sport will not be caught by them too soon .. Wink

i checked myself the limits it turns out that on the big leagues they have higher limits and on lower leagues where there is probably less interest the limits are lower.
