We are working on larger updates, such as improving the HZxchange, update to current NXT version, unannounced assets, and the AT.

I'm very worried for HZ. Why the huge deterioration in communication from the team and development news/updates??? It's not good for community building. This thread isn't full of trolling idiots like many other so no need to abandon it. Whats going on??

What are the encryption methods supported in the GUI so that
the recipient can decode the msg when he receives it in his wallet?


Is that also, and still, the case with HZ?

What are the technical rules for sending messages through HZ?

Charset?
Maximum number of characters?
Or is the fee per 1000 characters rising? How does it work?

Now they are getting again paid but for the 21.04.2015 are missing many payouts. That's what I can't understand.

You can mannually check status of your node yourself at https://explorer.horizonplatform.io/?page=nodecheck .

If you run more then one node, try inter connecting them with nhz.wellknownpeers= option on nhz-default-proparties file.

 

I am using 3.9.1, I do not run nodes and can't help much with that, but 3.9.1 is the latest.

Are there any issues known with payments today? I didn't received for 10% of my nodes no payments. All nodes are updated since requested to v3.9 and running without any shutdowns. I will check it tomorrow again.

To whom I can send a PM with the IP addresse to check it if still no payments are visible for that server? thank you

I agree, I think Bitcointalk, the Website, and Social Media (facebook/twitter/google) would be best.

How is this done? Is this automated, is it decentralized, and what happens in case of a successful attack? How are those "members of the HZ community" chosen? How will the system be repaired and funds restored after an attack?

BTW I would also like if the important announcements would not be on facebook but on a forum or the horizon webpage (need not be this one here, but not only facebook, please!)

Don't lough on me if I am asking too noob question regarding HZExchange fee structure.

As I can understand, HZXCHANGE assets owner will get devedent as per fees generate by HZExchange.

From my wallet, I can sell/buy diffrent assets on exchange and paid fees for bid/ask order placement. But for some unknown reason to me all fees related to assets exchange currently credited to 'genesis' account, mean it's a black hole and gone forever.

Now my question is did HZExchange share owner started to get paid? if yes then from which time?

If not started, then how can they will get paid when all fees goes to black hole?

Last question is: if sending anything to genesis account gone forever, don't it weast of HZ sent to genesis as fees (as per market circulation) ??

It would be nice to get some information to clear myself on this event.

Well, i just followed the steps contained in this pool on github.
My account has a balance of 2M leased to this pool, then it will always have a minimum forging. Put a low fee, but could put even lower because not spent practically nothing to the server. I do not know who pays the transaction fees for leased accounts, so i put 20 minimum payout.

Its only 5 pairs connected of 2100
The devs said they did not affect the forging, right?
Perhaps the connection with my IP is untrustable, but node is hallmarked, i will change it server to see if it works.

Hi, as per my earlier reply I have moved 5 of HZ account face towards your pool with different balance as test/play with HZ in mind. I was not aware of 1440block limitations before start leased balance forging makes things harder to monitoring but I am still learning.

Other then balance or account number, your pools net connection is really buggy. I found it unreachable lots of time in last 48hour so you must take care of it. I did add some other account balance towards your pool but may need 1400 more block to shows up on your pool page...

But I am still hopefull with your pool, so please carry on your good works...

NB: you can add node 104.194.247.230 to 250 ip address for batter connection. My other HZ node ip 209.126.99.28 has 3000 concurrent connection capacity you may wish to be connected..

No, you can't.
The hallmark is bound on the node ip address and an account.
Because the ip address is unique, the hallmark must be unique.
However, you can use one account for all your nodes.
