On this forum also you can have a look in the goods section and see if you have anything that you can put up for sale but like you said you may not get too much interest under a newbie account.

You cant just sit in-front of your PC and expect 0.3BTC to walk in your BTC wallet, you need to work for it. What kind of talent or skills do you have? Are good in writing articles (Blogging)? Are you good in designing logos? What languages do you know aside from English?

Do you have any skills to offer? If yes then you can go find a job that can pay you bitcoins. See the service section, I've seen a couple of contests offering really nice bounty, it onl requires basic skills in designing.
