Well i guess if they were my "friends" they would be hopping over and helping us finish this very long block. But as most are only interested in maximising thier profits I dont expext that (or dontaions) from hoppers (always open to being surprised though).

I'll be your friend

Hi folks,
Just home after a day of sorting hardware issues, looks like the motherboard sata controller is failing Sad
We are back up now on a different machine that so far is behaving. Smiley

Unfortunately we have been having some site issues over the last 24 hours.
When we setup the server I put 2 new drives in , one of these drives has failed and has caused the issues, we have taken the drive offline now and site is rersponding much better.

Sorry for any inconvinience.

We have also set up some loadsharing on another server to further reduce the load on the main server Smiley

I think its easy to forget the many fast rounds hoppers assisted with (sure maximising profits were part of the game) but hoppers also helped those fast rounds to be realised.

This is a small blip of what has come before, nothing major really. Its the first curse block ive seen on ozcoin and hopefully the last (atleast for a while) Tongue

interesting use of the word "friends".....how do you figure?

I think its just a missing combination of english. What he actually meant to say is that ozcoin bithopper friends wouldnt mind to donate 1% .

What info can i show on the site that would enable "users see themself what happened" or do you mean like on slush's where invalid block are left in the block list? Should be easy. Doesnt really show "what happened" tho.

Clipse, no you didnt sound like that Smiley but this isnt the only forum and IRC can be so fun at times Wink. Pool owners can do heaps of stuff users would never know about was my point. And maybe i did go a bit defensive Smiley

as for transparency, i have screenshotted the wallet and
http://pident.artefact2.com/block/0000000000000924f96ed846bcefdcacf5cda66a880615269cc0eb718a7b70cf
this page when it showed ozco.in.
hopefully to help in having to explain to all the miners that havent heard of or understand an orphan block.

Hey, what I meant with transparency is to have users see themself what happened to a block being valid/invalid.

I didnt imply that ozcoin isnt transparent from a dodgy/stealing coins position, sorry if it at all may have sounded like that.
