AU mining node down while bitcoind reindexes after a crash
seems there is corruption somewhere in the blockchain, this has affected quite a few people now, Bitcoin devs are aware and looking for the issue

Does Ozcoin support GBT protocol (GetBlockTemplate)?  According to Wikipedia, it doesn't

No, we prefer the stratum mining protocol.

^ Will code for Bitcoins
Edit:
Why does payout threshold still say this when I log in?:
Quote
Payout Threshold:    0.10000000 BTC
Will this be corrected?
Did you change it yourself and then it changed itself back? Or were you expecting it to automatically reduce itself to 0.01?

Oh, I thought it would be adjusted automatically. Did it myself, thanks.

Payout threshold reduced to 0.01BTC to help smaller miners.

Nice touch!

Payout threshold reduced to 0.01BTC to help smaller miners.
Please be aware lowering payout threshold below 0.1BTC will likely incur higher fees when you go to spend your coins.

at the time the bitcoind stuck some kind soul
This round pxxxx has 748788 shares (220077948 stales; 29391.223%),
flooded us with stales, if not for the timing it wouldnt have been an issue.
db is chewing its way thru, stats will return, mining is ok and shares will be counted in turn
apologies for the inconvenience

In other news a 5Th/s miner has ramped up to > 15Th and a couple of other bigger miners have joined - pool hashrate has jumped Smiley
Wow - pool has jumped to 36 Gh/s - quite a bit higher than it was the last time I mined here!  Guess I'll give it another go on Oz...
Hell ya!

On another note, my miners are still hashing away, and cgminer says the pools are alive, but I'm getting idle worker notifications, and the widget is showing everything has offline. Pool hashrate as 0. I'm assuming the server has gone down again, but mining will resume?
yep, bitcoind got stuck this time, rebooted the offending server, good news is we found  BLOCK: 255742 despite it Cheesy
stats should be coming back now

I got an idle worker notification for both my workers, and both the widget and the website show my hashrate as 0, but CGMiner is still reporting the pool as up and is still submitting shares. Any issues noticed on the pool end?
no issues with pool
issue with kansas datacentre (the one that att drilled holes thru the cables other day) had a couple of small downtimes - we think they are finishing up repairs - tho they didnt contact us to warn of downtime :/
the only affect this has is take a bitcoind we rely on for site stats offline - we are looking at duplicating this bitcoind so dc issues like this dont affect us in future
sorry for any inconvenience
No worries. Thanks for the explanation!
