Glad to hear good luck right when my other pool had problems so my load switched to OzC for a bit

we hit 3 blocks in a row earlier.
something failed and we have only announced 2 of the blocks on site

426% - How do you calculate that?
Take the current difficulty and divide by the amount of diff 1 shares it took to find the block. In this case it'd be about 2,694,047 * 4.26 = ~11,476,640 shares (looks like the actual amount of shares was 11,485,145). September 15, 2012, 11:27:41 PM

not saying I'm enjoying it
looks can be deceiving though
and yeah, awesome run the other day

We had a good day yesterday, and then today had another 17 hour, 11M share block. Fun times. 15hours

that block of ours was 426% of diff , we have had 800%+ blocks before
Also at 800Ghash shares take longer to accumulate those shares than at the 1.8 - 2Thash we were running at for a while
I did notice on blockchain.info slush had 6 of the last 10 displayed blocks at one stage - I guess the luck moves around
Ya I also know the higher the difficulty, the more shares it takes to solve a block. Won't be too far now when 11M shares is the norm!

yeah I guess I cant keep on top of everything, never saw ckolivas' and Kano's explanation of the balance disparity.
The balance issue was that the old balance option was trying to balance based on getting work.yeah I guess I cant keep on top of everything, never saw ckolivas' and Kano's explanation of the balance disparity.
However, if one pool has roll-n-time - and the rest don't - then that one pool will be able to roll the work and thus generate much more work and thus the balance would be greatly in it's favour (and not balanced)
So there are now 2 balance options:
1) LoadBalance - the old one
and
2) Balance - based on trying to submit the same number of shares to each pool

.yeah, knew what it does, just not that there was an issue with balance between pools
only ever mined on 3 pools so not something I use
