I am quite sure about bitcoin will rise more than $1000 as it have really big community behind it and i think after block halving price will sky rocket and will be more at more stable floor even it can go its all time high price into this year.
Block halving only won't get us far. To me $500-600 is the absolute top, if we won't get anything else in terms of development. If there is, e.g., an agreement on the block size, then yes we may talk about prices beyond these levels. Otherwise there is no reason this year to go up three fold from $350, on practically thin air.

I do think its possible but its depending fully on the halving that is coming, if its good it will rise for a moment to the 1000 dollar.

nah you're going overboard with this etheruem thing, don't dream too much, it can fall back at any time, not lower than 0.01, but still along way for compete with bitcoin

Well,there is also no reason for it to be lower than this and people who bought when it was the highest are not going to dump anyways.If we don't see any strong rules getting passed against it in near future then it could touch the thousand dollar mark in a couple of years.
For now, apart from the halving hype (halving is still far away), there are no arguments for higher prices. No new fundamental developments, no reasons for new money to flow into Bitcoin. Also, people who bought at sub $300 prices, will wait for the halving effect and take profits as soon as the price is ripe.
I don't doubt ETH will grow maybe it will go $500 who knows. but I don't think all of us are willing to go and try to have ETH for investment.
I do have a bitcoin blog myself just like the rest of the bitcoin fans and as a bitcoin blog owner, i feel like I'm oblige to make it big and I'm helping the community achieve $1000 maybe even more. I'm positive we are going to make btc more valuable this year. now you can quote that as well.

I think 1 bitcoin or $1000 each is impossible and i think bitcoin price will play around $500-$700 this year.. maybe it will happen after halving..So better to buy more bitcoin before it happens. or collect more bitcoins in any services so that after reach this price you made some profit..

Bitcoin is real thing and is under valued.Once the fabricated issued will be finished we will see bounce back in price which will take it over $ 1000 easily.Price is to go much more higher even mBtc will be minimum measuring element for each dollar.

My prediction is we will have all time high prices in next couple of months.It is very difficult to predict the market as few weeks ago everyone was shouting out for furthers drops but markets turns in opposites sides and we saw increase in price of bitcoin.
It is quite possible to see 1000 $ or even more for 1 BTC in this year.I am not over estimating the factor of block halving but this time taking everything in calculation one can easily realize that there is huge price increase due in Bitcoin market after current rises in other markets.

i must admit. the ethereum pump is quite impressive with the gigantic volumes, but it won't last. it's just a matter of time before the ethereum price will come down to normal standards. the block halving will bring the price to anything higher than $500 the comming months.
