They haven't paid you the 1 BTC yet? Did they say anything about it in their PM/email? It's unacceptable to wait this long for a withdrawal. They will get a downgrade if this is the case since they were well aware of the situation.

Bout time. In my experience went up 2 coins months back from a .35 BTC deposit. Made a withdraw for full amount, no response to emails or anything for 24+ hours. I then gambled a bit and went down to 0.50-0.75 BTC and requested full cashout. That amount was sent within 30 minutes.

Gave them two chances and they failed awfully both times. In my opinion, they should be a D until this magical instant withdraw is enabled. At which point I'd give them a C+.

There are no withdrawal restrictions while the bonus is running. You can withdraw at any time without affecting your bonus.

The "C+" books are fairly strong. I still feel that your funds are much more secure with the "A" and "B" books. It wouldn't shock me if a C+ book or lower went under. This isn't a criticism of the intent of "C" books, it's the state of the industry. Until the Bitcoin books convert more players from cash to bitcoin, they are all fighting for the same customers and just playing tug of war.

I've had a few but haven't taken one in at least a month. Only one complaint has come in since then and it was a case of a player that hadn't met his rollover. They have responded to all of my PMs and emails promptly. One downfall that they do have is the rollover of 25x so be aware of that. You can decline the bonus if you choose and take your money out at any time.

If anyone else has comments on coinbet, please post.

Hi Bismarck,

Withdrawals are immediate. Cloudbet opened in Sept 2013. Because of the amount of bitcoin books that have gone under, a book must be in business for at least one year to get a "B" rating. Cloudbet has the highest rating that a book can get at "C+" for a book being in business less than a year.

With the bonus, they release the bonus slowly into your account based on loyalty points. Even though I play there I'm not 100% sure how the loyalty points work. It does seem to take a lot of play to earn the bonus. They did have some technical problems with deposits that have been solved.

These guys seem to have been in the business for a long time prior to opening Cloudbet. Overall, I think it's a very good book. There haven't been any problems with payouts.

The bonus is credited to a separate "bonus" account. As you make wagers, you will earn loyalty points. Each 800 loyalty points you earn will release 0.01 BTC of bonus to your main account, at which point you can bet or withdraw with it as you please. So - you must playthrough before you receive the bonus.

As for what a "large" withdrawal is, this changes depending on our bitcoin holdings and we can't identify specifically what it is, in order to prevent abuse. If you can indicate what size withdrawals you are making, I can tell you if they would be processed instantly or require manual approval. Or, you could simply give it a spin yourself. Comfortably over 95% of our withdrawals are processed automatically.

Registered companys mean little as they can be incoorporated for a few thousand dollars at any offshore location. If they have a gambling license at some jurisdiction it means more but still there is very little to no oversight. Ive seen it many times where licenses comopanys did not hold segregated accounts for customer funds and even had faulty software.

I think the most important thing is customer service and withdrawal times. As soon as there is a problem with either of them its time to stay away.

Why dont you check your inbox for the email ? I sent 2. I read your FAQ, the reason for the email was that the FAQ speaks of a 100% match deposit Bonus while the banner with a half naked woman on poker table says 1 BTC for min of 5 BTC deposit.

I dont know their definition of asap but it sure if different then mine since its been 11 hours without a response.

Well over 24 hours now since withdraw request.

You would think if they wanted to resolve something asap they would just pay to minimize bad publicity.

Alabamafan1, we never claimed to have 10,000 daily players though we are well on our way. We have had over 10,000 registrations across our entire network including BetcoinSports.com, BetcoinCasino.com and BetcoinPoker.com.

With regard to our affiliate program, the rules are very clear and they have been clear since the beginning stating how much referrers get. We are not sure why you would be complaining about this.
