Part of the reason for so much downtime at DirectBet is lack of man power. If another site goes down, they have multiple programmers to fix the problem. Most of the other sites have experienced gamblers as part of their team. DirectBet is still learning on the job.
I seriously hope the best for DirectBet but as stated in a previous post, they are an amateur operation. They aren't close to the quality of the other books.

I or anyone else could compile a similar list of complaints for every other book here, although it would be most difficult to do so for Nitrogen.
Every other book has had just as many if not more complaints re: being offline; withdrawal problems/amount of time to receive withdrawal; etc.
Such a list would be easy to compile for anonibet.
No btc book should be manual withdrawals, and there should never be a daily period of 8 hours or more where one cannot receive a withdrawal.
I'm not going to waste time rehashing all of this, but Grumpster is 100% correct and anyone with at least a room temperature IQ who has been following all of this realizes that he's 100% correct.
