BetVIP will soon be open for 6 months. They have a 100% bonus and there haven't been any reported problems. Are there any objections to raising their rating from "C-" to "C"?

It has the worst software ever - pick a sport, then get a list of all matches with NO ODDS DISPLAYED.
Want to find the odds - click the games, ONE BY ONE.
But there are also numerous tech problems which should have been solved months ago.
I recently informed them that I couldn't get rid of a bet slip from months ago. I couldn't bet anything else, because it would ask me to place a wager amount for the expired bet slip. Then tell me the bet is expired.
They seem to have now fixed this. But was I really the only one to tell them about this? How long have they been open?
It was also logging me out every time I clicked on something. That's not happening today.
But something else that has happened for months is occurring.
I click on a bet I'd like to place, I get a bet slip - but the window to enter the bet amount does not appear.
It's impossible to make a bet.
This site should be downgraded by a lot until they are functioning half decently.
Is anyone making bets here successfully currently?
PS - I guess they've given up pretending to have live Chat support, the box now is labeled "Contact Us".
This is almost always non-functional.
This time as I was writing something I got a small popup box:

exactly as written above including the brackets.
It was impossible to get rid of it without clicking on an "OK" button which I wasn't willing to do as I have no idea what that means and have never experienced this before with any website - it locked up the site - had to close the tab with BetVIP.

All critical issues you raised (and that we could replicate) have been
fixed. Other product improvement suggestions have also been noted and
queued for development.
If any other issues persist could you please send us details of your
environment using the link we have previously sent? We have not been able
to replicate these but hopefully other product release have sorted them
out.
CloudFlare security was upgraded following an attempted attack - we're
sorry for this inconvenience but it really is for your own benefit.
All of the above sound like excuses but we'd really just like to humbly
apologise and thank you for your feedback. We know there is plenty of room
for improvement and are working around the clock to get improve our
service.
