Ripple is a really good coin to invest in, I think it will give a bigger profit in the nearest future if to compare with Bitcoin. If you have some fiat money, it is a good idea to invest a part of it in XRP.

Here is only reason why XRP could give you any profit - It's if it gets a pump and that will only be a short-term action. Right now there's no indication of any pumps are coming in that..

Why do you want to invest all of it in a single coin? I think you should consider multiple coins. There is no point investing all of your money in just one coin. Whatever you are saying about Ripple is right. People do not really consider it a good investment because majority is held by its stakeholders and they keep messing around with price. I suggest you go for a different Alt. Do have a look at IOS Token. They are currently running a promotional campaign and you can take advantage of its high price. I know XRP has a lot of bad press but purely from a investment point of view I’m hedging more towards XRP.
No need to think, i will choose bitcoin with this, i dont trust the growth of ripple.

I think I would invest only in bitcoin this thousand $, because within a limited time you may be able to see drastic changes in the price increase, especially if the timing in bull market within the week

If I was I would choose BTC. This is the safest option. BTC is more powerful than XRP and that makes me believe btc more than xrp

If you doubt the choice, divide in half, make a contribution to both bitcoin and XRP. Personally, I would prefer bitcoin.
I'm more confident in bitcoin because it has more volume and pretty good predictions for this year, which I can not say about ripple
If you want to gamble, try ripple, if you want to invest into real crypto asset, then decide about investment into bitcoin.
For myself, I will invest the $1000 in BTC. I prefer steady price rise. But if you talking about ROI, ripple might be better in the short run if there is a pump.
If you are looking for a good profit in a short period of time, look for coins that have very low valuation but have the possibility to increase in a short period, if you look at pundiX it had a rally today and the valuation was really low for that coin, so try to find coins like that and more over i would not risk my coin into XRP, they might be getting new contracts from big business firms but i am not a fan of ripple and i do not see a big rally coming up but it will move according to the market situation. 
If you consider a long term then BTC of course, but if for a short term (about 6 months) then it would be better to take XRP.
you better buy Bitcoin, because I think XRP will not give big profit compared to Bitcoin.
for now it is not too promising xrp get a lot of profit,I further recommend in ethereum or bitcoin
XRP is built from glass bricks. It doesn't has the only thing that makes crypto currencies popular i.e., decentralization. Without it why even use the blockchain technology and just have the traditional SQL databases. Also most of its supply is locked by the XRP team which has inflated the price and over values the price of the coin.

From investment point of view, I will put my money on ripple. The reason I would do that is because ripple has room for price increase just like bitcoin but ripple could actually triple in less than six months!

Both have negatives and positives. Just split 50-50 if you cant decide whats best.
Ripple is a valuable and potential altcoin. However, I recommend investing in Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is the best. Bitcoin has the largest market capitalization, it is the king of the cryptocurrency market, Bitcoin has the ability to pump prices up very fast. I believe in the next few years Bitcoin will grow stronger and its price going to the moon, maybe over $ 30,000 by the end of the year.
