Somewhat Agree. But, Do you believe Ratimov's post quality or writing style is terrible? He is one of the guys who wrote most tutorials and Guidelines for newbies. He was excited about his achievements and created threads to celebrate them. Somehow BitcoinGirl finds it annoying and decided to create a separate thread so everyone could celebrate their achievement in a single thread.

I don't want to comment on that user at all, all I have to say is what I wrote in the feedback, and I completely agree with what @BitcoinGirl.Club wrote on that topic. It's not about the goal itself, but how you got to that goal, although some will never understand that.

Congratulations @ Op
I want to tell you that giving 1000 posts in 16 days is very difficult but here to mention login time. Because here you are sticking with the forum for almost more than a year. And achieving the 1000 post milestone is a huge achievement for you. But I think you have a long way to go. (There are bigger milestones to achieve) and you stick to the forum and follow the posts of senior brothers.

Hello Leo! You can still win.

It looks like our users need to create multiple topics: the first 10, 100,1000 posts, merits, days, etc.

In as much as everyone has the right to celebrate, I feel that some celebrations aren't worth it as they are not mile stones. I mean, anyone can make 1000 shit posts and celebrate. I am not saying that Op's posts are shits. But then, 1000 posts count doesn't worth celebrating.
If there is anything to celebrate about Op, it should be that his merit count is higher than his activity count, which is a sign of a hardworking and a good poster.

Please, lower ranked members, don't copy this so that it won't become a trend.

the growth was steady a d the show of love was really unimaginable for a poor writer like myself but I've already written 1000 post in 16days spent on the forum

I noticed this was a total logged in stats.
Usually there were some specific thread to announce your merits and post histories just as lovesmayfamilis already said. You may save your post counts and merits as well, then lastly you don't need to relent always strive and try your best.  Consistency keeps you flowing to the next rank, but what I don't encourage is being desperate to achieve the next rank because it may leads you out of line just be patient and keep creating constructive post, and any post that worth rewarding would surely get the required merits. For a review, I think few people here such as The Sceptical Chymist, Fillipone and some others may get your post reviewed.

Congratulations mate.

But in recent days, Some Prominent forum members created a separate thread for their achievements (which I consider an extraordinary achievement), and now we are trying to follow them. We should not compare ourselves with some extraordinary guys even though BitcoinGirl.club may argue about that.
I see what you mean but shouldn't they not have to do what everyone else is doing even though I don't think it's against any rules?

Especially when it comes to new milestones, of course I agree that a lot of emotions are involved. It's just that if they can announce it in the same thread, then I think it will be more organized. By the way you're not doing the same thing the OP is doing, you don't have any achievement thread from your post history, so I don't think this argument represents why the OP came up with the idea.

It's not like OP is not aware of Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great!. Only nine days ago, he celebrated his Sr. Member rank-up achievement in this thread. He could have posted this achievement there as well. But decided to create a thread because others are doing the same.

I don't think we can expect everyone to follow some guidelines (which aren't even official), and the Reputation board has always been a place where members posted their achievements. It would be nice if everyone posted their achievements in the same topic, but that is simply not realistic to expect.

I don't think I have ever "celebrated" any of my achievements in this way, but I understand that there are members who experience each "achievement" very emotionally, so I can understand that they react like the OP. In addition, I think that the quantity in this particular case is not too important, because numbers are just numbers, and the quality of the posts is a much more important criterion.

The fact that there is one very good theme for celebrating one's achievements is apparently not enough.
Some are not so modest, they shout about it all around, that they are ready to announce their first joys to the whole world.
Can I ask the OP if he saw what year the LFC_Bitcoin and LTU_btc accounts were created in order to create a similar topic about himself?
OP, do you see the difference, or is your vanity blinding your eyes? What if everyone with a 2022 registration screams about their 1,000 posts?
Why is this topic bad?   https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/announce-your-rank-up-merit-or-any-achievements-that-makes-you-feel-great-5391471

I did not blame OP for not following the guidelines. We used to follow others. If we see others doing something, we tend to follow them. The reputation board is in the Trading discussion board. It is supposed to use for trading-related reputation. But, it has been used for other reputations as well. I don't see any problem there. Again, I don't blame OP for not following the guidelines because maybe he saw other members creating threads to celebrate their achievements, and that's why he thought, why not create one for me? But I encourage everyone to post in Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great!

Neither I. I did not celebrate my rank or other achievements by creating a thread, and I do not plan to create one unless I achieve something extraordinary.

OP, you deserve it, but why don't you consider posting it in this thread: Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great! - But sorry, I just think like that even though I also congratulate you on your achievement.
I was about to write the same thing but figured out you already posted this. I know how it feels when we reach some milestone, and they want to share their feelings. In the old days, everyone started creating separate threads for reaching Member rank, Full Member rank, Sr, Hero, and another achievement. BitcoinGirl.club firmly believes that if everyone started making such threads, the reputation board would be full of such topics. So, she came up with the idea of posting all of them in a single thread. That was a good idea, and most forum members followed that.

But in recent days, Some Prominent forum members created a separate thread for their achievements (which I consider an extraordinary achievement), and now we are trying to follow them. We should not compare ourselves with some extraordinary guys even though BitcoinGirl.club may argue about that.

Congratulations, it's a great achievement to reach the first 1000 posts, but the most important thing is that you reach more than 200 merits, which indicates a high quality posts. keep going.

The title of 16 days is misleading, and had it not been for the explanation of the members above, I would have thought that you did this in 16 days. Therefore, please edit the post to Total time logged in 16 days, or at least make this thread for your achievements and may update it from time to time.

Go after the goal... Go!!! It is worth getting!
Congratulations on reaching 1,000 posts! I don't see it as much of an archive for myself since I crossed 1,000 posts too. I know I am racing many members here too, and I would not see it as much of an archive until I crossed 20k post. Race me to it if you feel like 😉.

16 days ?

It's not just the normal 16 days in the real world; it means 16 days of being active in the forum. To see how many days or hours you've been active on the forum, look closely at the top of the web page after you log in.

1000 posts in 16 days? Where did you get that data from? I’m assuming you meant your logged in time on the forum or something else, I don’t know.
Is it that difficult for you to understand? I think one of the above users has mentioned it, it may be true that 16 days is the total time the OP has logged on this forum.

I'm just wondering why threads like this end up trending among some people even though they are free to make one for themselves. I mean they can make one, but of course for big achievements like 10k posts or 20k posts in 5 - 10 years of participation in the forum. If this idea were adopted by many newbies, then indeed this reputation board would have many threads of personal achievement.

OP, you deserve it, but why don't you consider posting it in this thread: Announce your rank up, merit or any achievements that makes you feel great! - But sorry, I just think like that even though I also congratulate you on your achievement.

Congratulations on your milestone, your merits surpass your activity which indicates you’re a quality poster. As for post reviews, it’s quite unorthodox to ask for a post review this way as there are merit threads on Meta and B&H but I have seen a few others do the same and got what they wanted.

Well i find myself really lucky  and most times looking from my previous post judging from my post in the earliest days of posting, I've seen myself growing immensely  even beyond my expectations as each new level seemed impossible but the growth was steady a d the show of love was really unimaginable for a poor writer like myself but I've already written 1000 post in 16days spent on the forum and I feel so blessed at this point and I hope to see myself do more in years to come.

I wouldn't mind some reviews can be made on my post as I don't think its wrong seeking for reviews on my post so far.
Thanks

~OBARI.
I don't know how many hours you've been active on the forum daily in the last 8 months since you signed up for an account but when you consistently make 4-5 posts daily then 1000's seems like a normal thing. But anyway, it's a journey that should be quite enjoyable for you because the time you spend on forums is worth what you make.

But out of respect for you, you deserve my congratulations. Continue and maintain your quality, the journey is still long.

16 days ?
That's the accumulated time or total time logged in that he has since registering his account on the forum in the last 8 months.
