zcoin's "coinbase maturity" is quite high, like 120 confirms, mixed with the block time of like 10-15 mininutes, ya, it takes like 24 hours for coins to be confirmed, if not 36 Sad
That's just how the coin is coded tho, BTC itself needs 50 confirms before you can spend fresh mined coins Smiley

Im mining some DGB again, it's easy to mine, and low in market, maybe see 600 again ;p
if u want to main zcoin for long time - it`s not a big problem. just if u want to sell quick Smiley
but if u minig DGB - this isn`t your choice to trade Wink

i been using MPH, seems like they do not too bad, hit some blocks. i was using zpool, but their pools all of puttered out now, no more miners Sad
Keep in mind if its just suprnova pool reporting 50% efficiency that's a known visual bug in the MpoS pool system, as long as your miner isn't showing that many rejects your smiling Smiley

Thanks, this one really looks better.
How long does it takes for your coins to become confirmed?
Mine are showing Unconfirmed for about 20 hours already

Hi all,

I tried NiceHash yesterday (only for test) and their aplication mining 71Mh/s per 1080Ti for Lyra2rev2.  Shocked With overclocking I never exceeded 61Mh/s with ccminer.
Does anyone know, where is problem?

Thank you.

65mh/s on ccminer 2.2.2  +100core/+300mem/100Pl

When you mine in stock, does it also crash?

It also crashes when I mine stock... Have no problems mining zcash with higher clocks... What could be the problem? Looks to me like its software problem.

Think you jinx'd me... my cards just started crashing at stock settings today but run other algo's just fine Sad

temperature is really a good concern, I always think that dual mining will make my gpu more heat but since like I am wrong.

It surprised me aswell, it really increases the heat over AMD cards when dual ETH, but it seems that it may have to do with the fact that nvidia cards aren't great for ethhash

If interested, I'm with a Rig x6 1080 Ti - EVGA model 6391
Using SMOS
Mining ZEC w/ EWBF @ flypool (1% pool fee plus 1% miner fee)
4500 Sol/s average (goes from 4,2k to 5,0k as shown in at flypool, even if at miner it never goes over 780 Sol/s at any card any moment)
+- 0,07 ZEC/day
OCs are somewhere near +150c / +350m (tried +500/+600 but it didn't increased the Sol/s), power +15% more or less as in SMOS you put the total wattage instead of %. Here energy is ok, so I don't care for the Sol/s per Watt.

Tries so far:
- Monacoin @ Suprnova, instead of +- 400MH/s that was shown on miner I was getting 250 to 320 on pool, so not worth at all.
- Dual mining ETH + Lbry @ Ethminer / Nicehash, profit almost as good as ZEC (-10% more or less), much less stress over the GPU (Huh?) as the temps dropped a lot during this tests (+- 5 to 10ºC less than ZEC mining). 205 MH/s @ ETH and 480 to 5500 MH/s @ LBRY with -dcri 100, lowering dcri for me didn't changed earnings on ETH a lot (205 to 208 +-) but reduced LBRY considerably, being dcri 30 equal to 250 MH/s @ LBRY.

Which pools do you use for Zcoin?
Last 12hours on suprnova i'm getting 50% Efficiency, wondering what could happen if yesterday it was around 97%
MPH is really better then nova. have tested several times.

suprnova is always mediocre at best. Not bad but not great. I dont understand why people are still using it.

Because people go where the block time is the shortest Wink

not really

I had the same problem with the same error while mining skein algo with 3 evga ftw3 1080ti than I changed the mobo because of something else and everything is working fine now.  My problem was the mobo itself maybe your motherboard also having issues with this algo and miner. If you have another mobo you can give it a try.

I want to buy another 1080 ti, I'm between Gaming X (which I already have) and FTW3. what is the hashrate you get on your FTW3 for example mining ZEC with 70% of pw.

hi there, actually I never tried tdp that low. Lowest I gone was %85 and around %85 I am getting between 760-775. %100 I get around 770-790 sometimes it goes up to 805-810.
I am not paying much for electricty so I don't care about TDP at all.

There is only one thing that i need to mention regarding to ftw3. At the begining I ordered 1 card to try and see how it performs. This first ordered card was amazing. So later on I ordered 2 more cards. While I am running al 3 together I saw that the card which I ordered earlier is running almost 10 degrees lower than the other 2 and also performs %3-5 better. So do you calc regarding to this. The numbers I gave belongs to my first order.

I am planning to open the card up and apply new thermal paste.
