what are the ideal overclock setting for zcash, is there a way to get stable 800+ sols ?..
Even if you have water cooling on your cards you can hardly surpass 800 sols.
You have to play with your cards and overclock core as much as you can.
Heard rumors there's a privately developed miner for a large farm that can push +1k sol/s on the ti, don't know if its true or not though.

When you mine in stock, does it also crash?
It also crashes when I mine stock... Have no problems mining zcash with higher clocks... What could be the problem? Looks to me like its software problem.
I had the same problem with the same error while mining skein algo with 3 evga ftw3 1080ti than I changed the mobo because of something else and everything is working fine now. My problem was the mobo itself maybe your motherboard also having issues with this algo and miner. If you have another mobo you can give it a try.

Zcoin is more adverse to overclocking then most algorithms. When we mine that algorithm there are some GPUs that we have to run 25-50 mhz lower on the core clock in comparison to other algorithms.

I get higher hashrate with the cuda9 one, but both also work fine.
Just started mining with cuda9 one, getting 3.000khs per card at settings: power limit 60%, core +80, memory +400. After 10 minutes again it crashes... same thing as before...

I see a lot of people starting to mine zcoin. I have problem, I installed cuda 9 and newest nvidia driver on my rig with 6x1080ti asus rog strix and started mining zcoin with ccminer over miningpoolhub, but after some time it stops mining and says "the launch timed out and was terminaterd". I set clock to: power 60%, core clock +80, memory + 400. I tried with more power and some other settings, but keeps crashing. Do you know what could be the problem?
try with no OC and power @80% and report back later
