I think if you already reach your target profit, it's better to sell your bitcoin now but if you think you are not yet satisfied with the income you may get then it would be better to wait and hold your bitcoin until you will feel satisfied.

Hey guys,

lets make it short:
1) yes bitcoin is the future and the price will increase on the long run, but:
2) we are currently obv. bubbling (what is not happening the first time).

So my question is - do you sell now in order to get a cheaper entry soon?

I think you guys agree that there has to be a price correction in the nearer future...

Thanks for your input!

Well that's for sure especially with the crazy pace bitcoin is taking breaking all time records. 1k movement in less than 24 hours bow about that. For me it's already safe to bail out and wait for the correction but i probably would hang out for a little more to see up until when this'll take us

@hheihgt
like my previous post writer describe it. At the moment its hyped by the media so more and more people will go in.

in general beside Bitcoin. You never know when its a high or a low until it turned. If you ever had read anything about technical analysis you will figure out that this is quite difficult. And anyway, i dont think that a lot of people working with technical analysis on Bitcoin what makes it even harder to trust on it.

you're welcome

I am not against selling now, whenever one got hefty sum of profit is the right time to sell. Don't get caught up with your greed because if you hold for too long, then you would have to hold it for another long period of time. Do not hesitate to sell if there is a hefty sum of profit already. Just always remember to rebuy bitcoin whenever it corrects or dumps. If you have not profit big yet, then better hold that until the goal profit is reached.

I don't know what is going to happen in the future,  but with the current media hype( as we just passed the 10,000$ mark) I am pretty sure that we are going to see 11,500$ at the very short term, so I am against selling now.

I believe that the media hype is going to be stopped in the very next days, and maybe then we will have a great opportunity to sell at the price of about 12-13K hopefully.

I will not sell soon but I'm officially scared now.

With this ATH after ATH and 20-30% increases day after day my daily trades are close to full paralyze. I just don't know what to do now.

The right answer must be: buy even more Bitcoin doesnt matter where the prize is!
This is a controversial advice. Only if you are going to hold BTC for a year+. But I much prefer "Buy Bottom Sell Top" strategy. I think now is best time for sell and expect the price to fall.

Hi,

The question is simple in fact: if you sell now, are you making a profit?

If so, then you can sell. Of course, your profit is potentially higher if you wait but it can also be absorbed in a sudden drop in prices. So sell when you are making a profit and buy when you think the price is low enough for you to make further profits.

Avoid waitng too long and you will avoid most huge losts.  Roll Eyes

beside my previous post i would say. Bitcoin is a keeper like ETH and the other majors.
But if you gambling with minors i would rather sell them than keeping them too long.

Price correction might be good for very few people but largely many among us invested on bitcoin related platform wait for bump all the time. Still this is a good time find the profit with the upcoming bump. Finally we find the bitcoin price as 11k USD today. Every bitcoin holders and investors thinks that bitcoin will bump more every time.
Again today bitcoin price crosses 11% growth in the chart. and its market supply more than 5 times supply of ethereum where is stands now.

For turning trade profit its probably a great time to sell.
However for all cryptos 2018 will be huge. Wouldn't surprise me bitcoin reaching 50k in 2018.

That's correct and if you are making good profits then you should sell your bitcoins without waiting too long as we may see price drop in next couple of days or weeks and if you don't sell now then you will regret when you see downfall in the price as you always have an opportunity to buy at low price when price will fall in future so if you have bought bitcoins at low price in the past then this is the right time to sell bitcoins.

I dont really sell it that quick. I only sell some of it when I need the money or if its for another investment. Since i can sell and buy bitcoin easily. I will just sell my bitcoin if I can profit out from it again. You cant have big income if you will just sell it quick after gaining 10% of it...
