Yes you can certainly use it legally, the $300 you used were actually trial credit where you cannot create compute engine instance of more than 8 cores, while now you upgrade and use coupon of $500, you can create upto 24 core instance, and yes it's all legal, the code itself is distributed by google themself I already use a 300 usd coupon. Can i reuse this legally? I don't want to have problems with my account since i use it for some work related things.
