OP, it is recommended to power the risers with the SAME psu used to power said gpu.

Interesting that you'll need only 6xVega56 (950watt) to have the same earnings as your monster 12x1080ti zec rig ))

A couple notes
 2400w Server PSU https://goo.gl/oG3vh6 is powering only the cards now and the EVGA 750w ATX PSU https://goo.gl/Wu5jvu is powering all risers, asrock h110 pro btc+ motherboard and the CPU / Molex slots. Powering ATX / Mobo / Risers then Server PSU/Cards

Screenshot was shown with 100 core 0 mem - now experimenting with best settings its been on 200 watts entire time, currently at 200 core -500 memory but always open to suggestions / mining equihash / ZenCash
