Still a few hours (33hr) before the first real shows of the event start but we are all really exited to kick off. To have the Crypto Community involved in this event we wanted to organize a Meme contest.
You can enter the contest by creating a meme that has a reference to the event. You can choose any picture you like and give it the theme you desire. Make something original and you can win 10 minutes of private time with the model of your choosing.
Rules:
- Your entry must be submitted on the old thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.8187691 and a link to it posted on this thread (without the meme)
- You have untill Saturday 12:00pm (USA east coast) to submit your entry
- The meme has to reference the event hosted on xxxcoincams.com this weekend
- Winner will be chosen by the Community and a winner will be declared 12 hours after the contest is closed
- The price (10 minutes of private time with a model of your choosing) can be claimed right after the contest is closed and can be used until next sunday 00:00.
The Crypto Community has a lot of meme creators so we expect some creative entry's. Make us proud!

Implemented another great user suggestion with a little bit of Javascript.
Conversion Calculator on the models pricing page.
This will allow models to have a better idea of what they want to charge per minute.
They can change the amount input and the USD and BTC fields change automatically.

Glad you guys are finding it working alright. Still plenty of little things to work on and tidy up, but the site is fully functional and working as intended.
You have done a great job thus far. Keep it up and this is going to be huge!
I don't generally like to hype stuff up. But this is already huge, a true crypto only web cam site.
Girls will realize that the low fees, quick payouts, with generous givers are what sets the site apart.
I have a couple small features remaining to implement prior to this weekends event. (very minor)
Expect a steady rise all weekend and into the future. They say you invest in a dev, not a coin.
SushiChef and myself have proven we are dedicated to making this coin succeed.
I like the idea of running a business based on crypto currency, rather than chasing coins with the ups and downs. I will be with this site and this coin for the long haul.

FYI... a free, no vid version to just chat so you can at least interact a little without burning coins would be nice... I blindly hopped into the room just to test... at 60 XXX per minute, I would hate to waste coin if a performer is just going to sit and chat for a couple minutes or just got done with a round of stripping and dancing. Not that badeastbabe did any of that... it was all business and fun... just foresight.
they have the option to do a free chat. But we advised them to do nude if they tend to grapp the pussy.. just to get the trolls away

Free vids worked... vids upped without a price worked and then shortly after when they were priced required coins... good job!
Just got done with a short 5 min cam session to test with badeastbabe... HOTTIE! It worked very well and as a base for launch... this now has all the potential in the world!
Pointed out one item to Sushi which he added to the dev list to fix... you get an annoying pop up every time you or someone else tips the performer... BAH! But, at the rate this has been moving... I am sure it will only last a short while.

Just another tidbit to pass on to the script devs... in Chrome at least, when trying to view a video, of course the buffering thing you mentioned is still an issue... but, the whole page closes when you try to close only the video by clicking the X on the video box... only the video should close and take you back to the page... it closes the whole tab.
I primarily use chrome and this has never happened to me.
What version of chrome are you using?
Version 36.0.1985.125 m
Google Chrome is up to date.
Also closes if I click anywhere outside of the video pop up.

- Peek rate = You can watch a model, but not chat
- Nude rate = Anyone can watch and chat (like a gold show)

as for the video buffering problem:
- what kind of video source do you use? mp4 or flv?
if its mp4 you need h264 videos to make fastforward and better play possible.
- what kind of server are you using?
if there will be a lot of videos dont use apache or lighttpd but use nginx. you can also setup nginx with apache as a reverse proxy so nginx will handle static files and apache dynamic files. then you get much more server performance.

There is a VPS Flash Media Server setup just for the video handling. It's running Nginx with Apache2 as a reverse proxy.
The site is running on a separate VPS with Nginx.
The videos only come from the cam operators stream. Very simple for cam operators to use. The files are stored as fla/swf files on the flash server.
I'm new to flash servers and don't want to muck around with the settings on there. The cam script devs set that server up. All the applications are working with the exception of the play app. I keep messaging them through live support and skype to try to get it fixed.
