Marty give us some communication here.  When are we getting paid?  With all that's going on in the bitcoin world ease our minds here.  Lol

Hi Marty!

I tried out us3 last night.  Results were not good.  Sad

>10% rejects on my 666MH 7970.  Changing threads from two to one and lowering difficulty helped, but killed my utility.   Angry

If we're still using Amazon, I suggest getting a dedicated box at Serverpoint.

Pentium E6300 2.8Ghz   3TBs    2GBs    500GBs    $49.99/mo.

I'll cover half of the cost, because it's worth it to me economically and psychologically (endless tinkering with cgminer.conf is driving me crazy).   Tongue

I put up one again in the eu...  eu1.projectxpps.com:8999.  If that doesn't work better...then serverpoint it is!  I pay 70 for three nodes us1, us2, and eu1...your deal is better

So, I was gone for the week in GA and could not get to my wallet or spreadsheet with @#%@ 4g (north atl suburbs??? wtf?,) and I had two remote apps for android and neither worked with the f'ing keyboard.  I just took pdfs of the stats...it sucked pulling the data off of pdfs... However, all the stats were copied and we are all getting paid afap.  Also, taking a ultrabook for my next trip on Sunday.  Regarding the hash rate graphs...I had a power supply out again, but I finally paid for a good one, so that has been solved, for now ;-)

Welp, the stats are back, and I'm now paid up to the 15th at least, so I'm giving the benefit of the doubt for now and pointing 50% of my cumulative hashrate in bithopper this way - I've been struggling with my own hopping proxy to get returns better than these, and ProjectX is good for variance  Wink Should average out at about 2Gh/s - I can increase that pretty quickly if I get paid  Cheesy

I got a payment saturday for 8/14 I think. So he is alive, at least he was then.

I'm still the "largest" consistent miner here, AFAIK.

I am wondering what is going here at project x.  I have not been paid in 6 days.  The hashrate of this project continue to drop and no response back from OP.  Stats not updating and no pay have me worrying.
Yup, six days is a bit too much for me, I'm hopping over to mtred until this clears up  Cheesy

Hey Marty, you're going to need to give an update some time soon - I'm looking at 11.4% stales over the last 16 hours here and that's just not fun  Undecided

On US2 and since about 1AM EST relatively 0% rejects.  That has been the longest span without a spike in reject rate.

Well lucky you, I'm still getting high rejects.

edit:

Oh that's nasty.

But thanks for sharing, glad to see I'm not the only one with the problem.

Do you think the problem is (lack of) hardware?  If it is, shall we pony up to get PX on a really badass server?  I recall coinsauce having high rejects on EC2 as well.

Could well be an EC2 issue but it also depends which pool we're hopping to currently.
The server I've been testing for a little hopping proxy of my own has averaged about 1.9% rejects, but then I'm fairly close to it geographically.

But yeah, might be a good idea to try something that isn't EC2 - any remotely decent VPS can handle this sort of traffic with a much lower reject rate.

Bear in mind that Marty's working on the live stats, and the last time he did that we had massive rejects for a while  Tongue

Thanks for the feedback.  Try us2 now, since I may have to reboot us3...

Update:  While I was at it, upgraded us1 too.  However, now I am on a faster server in both EC2 regions, one server is enough on EC2 in the us.  LMK which is faster, us1 or us2 and I'll terminate the slowest.  A faster server back in the EU is next...but later.
