Use paypal exchange bitcoins to dollars first then deposit it in your visa atm card. After that withdraw that in the bank and exchange it with euros. THough the surecharges are big but small enough compared to your withdrawal. But before doing anything else you must do some further research if there are bitcoin sites that exchange bitcoins to euros instantly.

Or more like the world market has to plunge into the gold market 1st and then if the gold market cant support everyones gold then thats when people start heading towards silver, then bitcoin.

You aren't reading well the topic as I see ,the op wanna or asked the best place to exchange his or her coins to euro,meaning he has several bitcoins and isn't for sure talking about one single bitcoin being worth or being traded for 1 million.
Its impossible to believe into op because no one would expose their portfolio and with such stupid question, is the same as win lottery and ask unknown person in the street where they can claim the prize.

I do not believe that the Bitcoin price is ever going to be one million Dollar because if that would happen to many people would become a millionaire at that point.

Yes, the only state that it becomes 1 million dollar is when dollar loses its value otherwise we cannot expect so many millionaires.

To cash out the 1M Euro, you need to have several accounts for transactions and that you also need to trade for several days to convert all that into fiat. The stringent regulations on fiat won't allow you to convert all at once. otherwise the big brother will be watching over you.

I dont know what you mean with this ropic but what i know is that the bitcoin will never hit the milion dollar each bitcoin.
Because if he will do that there are allot of people millionair with the bitcoin and that cant happen because money is everything for big people in this world.

If that's true its really difficult to cash out as a whole. So with the limitations provided by every exchange go for it and cash out. But it takes longer time.
