OK, I am focusing but...

9.5BTC is way too much for this.
In fact even half is too much considering the delivery date and the difficulty changes.

I am interested but not willing to pay more than 3BTC.

Butterfly has the 600 GH/s Monarch for $2196. I think that is the cheapest per GH price I have seen.
http://www.butterflylabs.com/monarch/

Thats $3.66 /GH
This one is $6.50/GH almost double!

The only problem is when I saw it first just 4 weeks ago, the BFL Monarch could make one BTC in 5 days. Still has not even shipped yet.
Now it makes one BTC in almost 9 days, ONLY IF YOU HAD IT TODAY, but you dont, BFL is using them to mine.

By the time it ships it will make one BTC in 50 days and that 50 days will never come because it keeps increasing while you wait for the 50 days. So its a never ending cycle.

Plus the moment the 45000 BFL cards get released and hit the market, BTC difficulty will quadrouple in a matter of few days so those cards the moment you open the box are obsolete.

Hahahaha, BFL. If they're on the same sort of schedule as last time the design isn't even taped out yet. You'd be lucky to get one by this time next year.

I am surprised there are people even considering BFL. I don't care what they are offering unless they are shipping immediately and with next day air.

On what chips will these be based?
Avalon gen 2 i think.
Avalon v.2 draws 1kW for 220GH, no way they do 1TH on 1000W

i would say Coincraft A1 as they perfectly fit the 1W/GH figure

Exactly. You need 640 chips Avalon 2 to do 1GH and eaven with 800 chips undervolted they draw more than 1kw.
All the pics are 220GH two blade Avalons.

9.5BTC is very expensive. 5-6BTC would sell you some miners. 4.5BTC would be a great deal. On what chips will these be based?
