Topic: 1xbit Scam? Please tell me help me (Read 1512 times)

Have you seen that 1xbit support is not anymore writing and supporting and resolving cases? This is total scam of website 1xbit and they are just stealing money from people. This is insane scam. They steal all win money and all deposits from people. So if you deposit there, you cannot withdraw a single crypto to you back. Total thief's.


I created account on 1xbit and deposited 250 usdt and then I lost that 252 usdt, and deposited 350 usdt. THen I won two games from table tennis and I get log out from my account after 5 minutes. I tried to login but cannot anymore. I wrote email and they said this after 12 hours:
"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

After that I sent emails to them but they not responding and also I cannot login to my account still. I think they dont want to give me my winnings or even my deposit. What to do ? Is this scam and I will never get back my money? I will post you pictures from my account before they did this:

25 days of waiting and still your case us not heard by them is kinda disappointing. And I'm just wondering on why people still use this site knowing that they have so many scam accusation. And your current case will possibly not the last one so I guess its really better to post on their thread since they are also active there. If still you can't fet an answer then may e just file a proper complain towards on what happen to you.

What is this?1xbit.com Is this any fake website who steal money from people who deposit money? I deposited 650 USDT on my account on 02.11.2021, was betting, then I lost some games, some win, then I tried to withdraw 642 USDT to my wallet, but I didn't get my money on my wallet, also I have been logged out from, my account. I sent email to security of 1xbit, they respond that close my account because some rules are broken, and not giving reason about it. I am sure i have not broken any rules, i have bet live on tennis and table tennis and I have picture from my bets, my deposits and everything. I cannot still login to my account and get my money. Hello everyone, I must open case here because 1xbit.com is biggest scam betting website on internet. They steal from people too easy and this scam must be stopped.
I deposited 240 usdt to account first time created on this website. Then bet on two games. First lost, and second won 214 usdt.
Tried to withdrawal, and then my account goes locked and cannot login. Then I sent email and they said stopping cooperation with me because violated terms? What terms? I did two bets, freaking two bets and you are telling me I have violated any terms? You are thief you know that? I will show to all people here the screenshots proof of my bets I did, and picture is before I did the bet, and after the bet won, so you are not giving me access to login to my account, and also not giving my money on my account.What is this? Is this any kind of illegal activity you are doing to all people who will win something there? Anyway I have never did any withdrawal money there and you not give me my money!
I have evidence pictures of my two bets, before win and after win of my second game. I have total 214 usdt and i can show everyone that this is very big thief of website.
If you can see that of support again and fix this i will rate this as 5 stars. If not, you are big thief and money stealers.

Agreed. I was actually replying to the bit about others removing their negative feedbacks on 1xbit profile. Whatever opinion theymos may have of 1xbit should not influence that of others. I personally doubt the admin would knowingly allow a scam to be advertised, but in the case that happens, it doesn't reflect the stance of the forum.
There's a thread in meta regarding this issue, let's see what action would be taken.

Blocked due arbitrage betting is the most hilarous/stupid/senseless reason a bookmaker like 1xBit can bring to bann somebodies account due to the small limits and the risk of voiding bets you have there/ hear from everywhere. And as I already said, I am from germany, I have to pay 5% tax on turnover every bet due to laws and I placed 80-90% bets there that no other sportsbook is offering. So where should I lay my 1xbit bet to make arbitrage? At Fantasybet?

It's like ''when I am at my wit's end'' and the user/member didnt break any rule and is 100% legal on our site but we dont want to pay him, let us say the is doing arbitrage bets. Just a joke!

Of course I know that (what you wrote) and I partly agree - on the other hand, I highly doubt this is ethical and also - even though there is of course the disclaimer you just mentioned, I am pretty sure I have seen theymos' posts stating he will not accept "shady" offers. I like to think the disclaimer is aimed more towards less known brands/projects - we are talking about 1xbit here...

After all - this doesn't make sense, does it? So I can promote any scam (accept their generous offer/cash) and just have a little note that people should do their own research and then this is okay? Cool - I should rethink 1xbit's offer then! ...

Forum ad is not a recommendation that a site is trustworthy, building a regulated scam system would be an irksome task and there is no guarantee that scam projects would not seep through the filter, this could give members a false sense of security, that every advertised site is trustworthy.

It's pretty strange to see that while our forum police is spending countless hours on less important stuff, nobody cares about 1xbit being promoted via banner advertising here on bitcointalk. Yeah, we all knew their ads are everywhere all over the internet, including big crypto sites such as CMC etc. but - I didn't think this day would come so early - bitcointalk administration granting them advertising space.

Long story short: You are right then, we should remove all flags and negative feedbacks? If they can buy advertising directly on bitcointalk, so should they elsewhere, no? I mean that when I say you are absolutely right - this is a mess...

In the mean time all I can say is... proposing to have a look at various cases posted by users here on bitcointalk and then bringing up such generic responses (arbitrage bs etc.) with NO evidence at all - that's actually worse since you try to act as if you were willing to regain trust while not a single user has been helped - pretty unrealistic each and every case was made up and you guys were in the right, no? - 1xbit is a bookmaker(scam) that is offering lower/ matches that nearly no other sportsbook is offering, so nearly no chance to bet against this matches anywhere

- I nearly only place livebets with fast results and fast changing odds, so have to bet against this live?

- I am PUNTER, no arbitrage bettor

- I am from germany, here you have to pay 5% tax on every bet you place !!! ( except bitcoin bookmakers) so how to stake against yourself with paying 5% double times?

- You DONT HAVE ANY evidence/proof of making arbitrage bets!

- so if you say I bet against my own bets that should mean that I should have lost 500 mbtc ( or similar value amount in EUR = 5000€ ) in other sportsbook??? Lost 5000 EURO to win 500 mbtc in your book?

I am aware of the scam accusations on them. It is just, theymos seems to not care. I am not the one getting paid by them. Don't get mad at me. Ask theymos about it if you want an explanation.

There are hundreds of complains against this sportsbook in online betting communities as I saw the last days...

Looks like treating good players very bad/ banning them and let the bad players/ gambling addicted people lose all their money.

1xbit have a clearly scam method to scam people like me and other if they do this everyday they make huge winning just from powerless people...


Never return to my emails never provide any proof i would say to everyone quit playing there better play on cloudbet or sportsbet.io

I'd say they are in the clear zone if theymos accepted their ads. We know theymos wouldn't accept money from the scam projects.
