i think they need to resolve this situation fast as they are running their sig campaign. if they have no solid backing of what this user violated, they need to return whatever is owed to him. it is not worth ruining their image by avoiding a simple resolution to the prob. if they want to come clean, then they should resolve the existing problems of their casino. and if the participants found out about unresolved allegations, i dont think they will be willing to promote their site.

Got a response from security.

If a betting participant commits fraudulent acts in relation to a betting company (account 207021477 was connected with 189361001 account, which was banned previously for rules violation), the betting company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent acts by means of the betting company:
- betting cancellation;
- closing the client's account with a refund, but without taking into account the dishonest income received.

The amount of deposited funds is paid to the player in full.

1. I dont have any connection to this Account you telling me
2. I dont get any deposit back
3. Why deposit back why not my winning bets all of them are normal e sports bets

Im freaking out now how i can feel so powerless against them

This scam accusation is in time to the launch of their signature campaign. 1xbit is certainly considered a scam since the time I got here. And all the websites who replicate 1xbit were also accused because they were caught red-handed that uses 1xbit wallet like the Kawbet. I wonder if the signature campaign they are doing right now will be stopped due to the reputation they have.

It's pretty interesting to see - I am not comparing them 100% yet - that while one operator is being considered a shady scam book here (he is indeed!), another one starting to act almost the same way... well, no problem at all, business as usual? I hope you get your fund and account back but the problem is from you ending, sending crypto from your account to your friend instead of using another means is what cause the situation.
In the meantime, let us know if casino is still the same old casino and you can later report the situation on askgambler if they dont pay you.
