after i win big on 1xbit i send to my friend who refeer my to 1xbit something on his wallet that he can play also and win something i have bet esports and he play casino games like monopoly completly diffrent account thats a scamming method believe me

my friend also asking support for deleting all multiaccounts and the support replied with " no you can have multiaccounts its not problem"
They go against their own guidelinies!! Because he did many accounts to livestream soccer games but dont play any bitcoin on it im in contact with my friend now to clear the things out...

I want cleary proofs that i have multiaccounting here

Im fucking tired writing emails  and all this shit since 4 days no reply no refund nothing from your side

I think when I won I sent something to my colleague on his wallet and he paid in again on his own account and played completely different games. Another IP  that was what your secuirity member see and make alarm but its not against guidelinies  , there was 100% no violation of the guidelines

It looks like another multi-accounting case. I am waiting for more info from the Security department. I will try to provide more details today.

Its no multiaccounting check IP check device i have make also KYC you follow the transactions !

And what breaking terms is to send my friend money from my winning on his own wallet and he pay in on his own account?

You are kidding me right know?

Do you mind sharing the procedures for detecting multi account in your system?
Assuming the followings you already have:
- IP
- KYC

What more?

Well, it looks like they are and I've been told if casino sponsors sport club it can't be scam then  Smiley

not just that , I remember seeing tons of their banners in the top popular football leagues ( if I remember right Serie A )
so clearly when sites partner with these top names it doesn't make them 100% honest as some people think , it just means they have a lot of money to spend on ads
1xBet are everywhere to be honest. However, somehow I missed them to sponsor Barcelona. Sponsor a big club and start seizing funds from the customers. This seems a new trend in the industry. Maybe these sponsoring cost the companies too much money that they start robbing LOL

Quote
anyways would be fun seeing how they will respond to OP , probably the same t&c shit
I would not wonder about it. This will be the final weapon to win the case for them as we see always.

1xbit is a sponsor of many sport clubs (Barcelona, for example) so they wouldnt become a partners because Barca don`t need scam partners.

Well, it looks like they are and I've been told if casino sponsors sport club it can't be scam then  Smiley

So, tons of complaints about the site, the best option is to stay away from it.
Yep, there is larger number of complains and accusations about this site, but:
That's scam.
I've read comments and it looks like someone placed a bet and lost, other reviews are redundant "it's scam", "they will take your money", "they are thieves"...
That's actually article about 1xbit with referral link  Cheesy
There is no other information except "they took my 0.3btc".

If you take a look at recent events on this board, you will see that it is perfectly fine for casino to accuse someone of multiaccounting and to return their deposit back, which, according to message in that topic happened:
I managed to withdraw my initial deposit of 14 ETH but winning bets disappeared as they were canceled.
So no scam happened here  Smiley

Wish me luck guys
Yah, Good luck to you and hope your problem will be solved. But don't forget to update all info here. Since they are willing to solve all the past issues, then it will be a good sign for 1xbet if they will solve your problem. But if you really made any mistake according to the term of condition and site can prove it then it will not be solved IMO. But good luck again.

Afaik, they had a lot of such cases unresolved here. You must have done some serious investigation before joining such a site. If I'm correct, there's a thread in rreputation board where they promised to solve all the issue. Complain there.
By the way, please move the thread to scam accusation board.

Cool man! You don't need repeat same thing on the post. We can read and understand one time. It's not new for 1xbit that they have been blocking gamblers account for so called violation ToS. As mentioned by other users, even they have open resolution thread but it's just a drama. The same claim from their side. We were friendly to solve accusation if they want. But its impossible since they are sticked with their scam method. So definitely we can say, 1xbit is a scam site unless they solve all the accusation raised on their support.

Sorry for this issue in my thread im online with mobile its not so easy to handle it Smiley

I hope 1xbit find s good way to solve my issue otherway i lost my money and have luck for nothing :/

Is important to verify how legit is the site before making a depo on it.

If you go to google and write:

Code:
1xbit scam

You will find results like:
https://game-protect.com/1xbit-scam/
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/1xbit.com
https://www.deepwebsiteslinks.com/1xbit-review/
https://icorating.com/1xbit/reviews/1xbit-scam-154657/

So, tons of complaints about the site, the best option is to stay away from it.

I think this should be on the proper board on the Scam Accusations board not here, just like what Jawhead999 said.

I presume you didn't know to move the topic so I report it to mods so they handle it. Sorry for your loss, I do hope you'll be refunded.

Thanks for this! Yes i dont be very familiar with this board but seems very helpful!

I hope too because i did no violation on terms im 100% safe of this!

I'm sorry for what you are experiencing right now but just like what others said, it's definitely a scam site and has a lot of scam accusations towards them. I'm not sure how relevant this is for you but it seems they are going into the "right" path. In the link below, is a thread in which they are trying to "resolve" the accusation against them. Just check it for yourself.
