Weird thing here is that it looks like 1xbit are actually losing money by trying to advertise their site through various bounties in this forum since very few gamblers(Newbies and Experienced) would visit their site after learning about their negative reputation.

However, this doesn't seem to deter them which is why they keep restarting their campaigns regularly instead of permanently closing them. Let's see how much longer they will continue running their campaigns in this forum.

They promote the scam website to gamblers who are inexperienced with such scams. Websites like 1xbit target gamblers to make a one-time deposit. And once the gamblers deposit money on this website, then the scam website team freezes the funds with any excuse. So these websites generate revenue by scamming their customers and use those funds for marketing.

I want to say that those who promotes a scam site or a scammer those are the part of the scam or scammers. Though they are spending money and getting traffic but they wont be able to make profit as no user will repeatedly visit as once they suffered they will stay away and will try to keep away others.

On one hand, what you said is completely true. On the other hand, @coolcoinz's words might hurt, but are necessary to help that particular victim move on since some of these victims get stuck in the depression stage without moving to the acceptance stage for way too long.

Personally, I've observed some victims who kept pleading desperately for months. Tough talk is necessary sometimes.

If all bookmakers acted or had the reputation this casino has then I am sure online/crypto betting would be a dead business by now, mate.

Even though what you have said is true and he got scammed and should face his money is gone, I dont think it is necessary to be so harsh to him.
He was going through the 5 stages of grief while dealing with his situation (denial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance), probably the bargaining stage, there is a chance he is from a country where 500$ is quite a high quantity of money, If something similar happened to me I would probably do the same out dispair...

What's done is done, you were scammed like many other people who choose to play on scamming casinos instead of the legit ones. There's so many warnings on this forum that you chose to ignore before you sent money to 1xbit.

Good thing in all that is it took only 560 USD for you to wake up. Could've been worse.

A lot of complaints based on fantasy and slander. We have mentioned it many times before but apparently it is ignored every time. Almost all players complaining about 1xbit here in the forum are complaining because they are having problems with the site and coincidentally they are all betting on tennis and table tennis. It is already known that there is a large group of scammers active on the forum and they are (rightly) dealt with by 1xbit. I think all bookmakers should act like 1xbit because these scammers/players are ruining it for players who want to play fair.

Agreed. The good thing is that number of their shills decreased in recent times because they are most probably running out of funds to sponsor their campaigns in this forum which implies that they shut them down completely pretty soon.

I respect your sincere intentions, but I am afraid none of these victims will feel comforted because they will only focus on the fact that they got scammed and lost their money.

at least comforting them will help them realized sooner about how their frustration must end and stops asking or even begging for return.

Yeah we can feel their desperation but we must also not lose hope helping them even in emotional way as they need more of this in these days or so.

Most of them been leaved on hanging and things gets unresolved and ending up on moving on since there's nothing they can do and this is the sad truth.Surprisingly there are still new players who do still fall off
on playing on this platform despite on having lots of issues and complaints and if these people had made out at least some simple research they might able to save up their ass on getting lost of their funds.

It's pointless trying to advise some of these victims because they feel frustrated and desperately beg in order to try and retrieve their winnings. They stop doing this at some point after realising that they are wasting their time and move on.

Sad stuff, but this is what happens to many 1xbit victims which is messed up truthfully speaking.

Mate there are several quotes from other users above in your post , they even explain what is other accounts in 1xbit had been suffering also and they received same response and that is the team stops collaborating in your account because of violating their rules.
I'm not sure what will come to you but one thing I'm sure that you will receive no response from the team as they have ended answering for months now.

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.

Their reputation has already gone so bad after getting the so many red tag that it is proven that they are scamming their customers. There is plenty of evidence in this forum itself that is enough to call 1xbit a scam. But sadly 1xbit is continuing their signature campaign on this forum and if they spent the money they are spending to run this campaign, all their complaints would have been settled.

Some could say that knowingly advertising a scam is a crime as well. In many countries including the US people who help a scammer obtain more clients to steal from are treated like associates of that scammer if you can prove that they knew about the scam and profited from it. In this case they know about it because they're getting red tagged and they are profiting because it's one of better paying campaigns on this forum.

They promote a website for money in which many gamblers are losing their money. In fact it is a crime and action should be taken against such videos so that they don't promote a scam to earn money. 1xbit knows they will get lots of promoters if they spend money, we should break their confidence. 1xbit scamming reports are coming out every day which is not good news for the gambling community.

I can understand where you're coming from, but you shouldn't be too soft with victims who ask support from 1xbit shills without doing proper research beforehand since this could lead to other victims depending on them too which is messed up.

All are advised to refrain from using any services provided by 1xbit1.com and their associated websites/companies because it seems inevitable at some stage sooner or later you will be selective scammed.

Their reputation in this forum is in tatters over two main factors. First, because of the allegations against them. Second, because of the highly questionable members they have selected to include in their signature campaigns.

this is all about Money and they care nothing about their reputation .

If what he is saying is true then that is good as long as they allow him to withdraw his winnings but in all honesty I have to look at this from a different perspective: how many of these accusations against the 1xbit1.com scammers are genuine?

There are too many accusations being made against the 1xbit1.com scammers which are basically presented without evidence by newbies. The pattern is annoying, they should post blockchain tx ids and screenshots to back-up their claim in order to filter out the genuine claims from the fake ones.
