I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and I'd love to help get things sorted. But 1xbit is a scam gambling site with a very bad reputation all over the Internet. The owners of this site will just take your deposit, and they will refuse to pay out claiming that you were wrong when placing a bet.

I am strongly recommending you to never use this gambling site again because it is unlicensed, unregulated, and unsafe. You will not receive your winnings, and your personal information might be compromised as well. I hope that from this experience, you'll have learned to always check out new websites before sending any funds their way.

The next response you will get is that you violated their terms of service, and they won't even specify what you violated, and that will be it. The rest of your messages will be ignored.

Again, sorry this happened to you but the fact they limited/blocked your account that way with no explanation or warning it was supposed to serve as a red flag, even though you did not have earnings on that account.

They allow multiple accounts, since they didn't told me what I was doing wrong and I was havbing fun, I decided to create a new account to continue enjoying 1xbit - but this time I had profit and they closed my account with my profit in it... I had no balance on my main account when they restricted it - making it impossible to bet so I created this new account. On this new account I had profit and they closed that account instead of limiting - so I wasn't able to withdraw, and no refund was issued.

In my case I didn't have the first bonus twice so I didn't broke any rule of their terms and condition as fair as I know.

Let me see if I understand you correctly.
So you created a first account, you gambled away 220mBTC and then (after losing that money) they restricted you account for some unknown reason.
So then you created another one to evade the restrictions placed upon the first one and this time you lost access 80mBTC?

Besides this casino seem to have a very bad reputation around here, what you did probably violate their terms of service and the terms of service of other casinos (so they likely have an excuse to terminate your account).

I have made account on 1xbit1.com and deposit 4 times in crypto in total 560 usd. I have betting  on my account 3 days, my first three deposits I lost my all money, and then deposit 4th time 200 usd and made 565 usd on my account and then they log me out. I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. Anyway my account is 464610259 and I will send this to official 1xbit here by message to look in to if they answer me. For any update I will write here again.
If that 5 usd are problem, then give me back my 560 usd back to me, why to take my money, my deposits? Doesnt have reason for it

I only told that to him/her in order to try to help him/her to realize the money is gone, in a very respectful way, there is no need to mock or make fun of victims.
Reality can be hard to accept in cases like this one indeed, and while I have seen people that became aware they got scammed and moved on in life after a few days, this person continued to beg here hoping to get their 500$ back, which led me to think it must be a person who may be going through depression or anxiety over the lost of funds.
You say she/he learnt a lesson with this but I think that one only learn the lesson once one accepted the loss and moved on, which this victim had not done by the time I talked to her/him.

You are defending a site that has already proven what a terrible scam this website is. When a customer wins big on this website, his account is blocked, which means that the customer no longer has access to his account. Many 1xbit customers here after giving lots of proofs and they still haven't got any solution. So don't defend them and allow them to scam more.

Come on. No need to defend this selective scam. Would you write the same if you didn't carry the signature of 1xBit? I've watched this scam long enough and my opinion is clear. The allegations against 1xBit are clear and therefore there is no longer any need to discuss them. The evidence is overwhelming and that's why there are so many people complaining about it here in the thread and trying to protect other people from this scam. Even if you get $20 a week for your signature, that doesn't mean 1xBit isn't a scam.

Really a shame you have to learn the hard way that this site is untrustworthy. I really feel sorry for you. But here in the thread so many people have written that the site is not trustworthy and there is enough evidence for it. That's why I don't understand why people dare to use this site again and again.

This is quite self-explanatory. The money is gone, you have been scammed by 1xbit, and they have been doing this since 2016. This is nothing new. We have sent a lot of time warning members about 1xbit scam and how I wish you had seen our negative feedback before using their casino.

The stories people make here about 1xbit being a scam are not false, they are real.

My man, we have already told you before that your money is likely gone and it won't come back no matter how much you beg to these scammers.
It seems this casino has been doing this selective scamming for some time now, there are people who have lost not 500$ but much more, over 1000$ or even 5000$ and months or years has passed by and they have not recover anything.

I do not blame you for keep trying, since ( I assume ) 500$ is quite a big money for you, but regardless of this you should start to consider the idea your money has been stolen by very resourceful people. If you can, you should talk about this with people you trust in your family so you can start to heal and eventually move on when you feel ready.

This isn't anything new to be honest. 1xbit has always had tie-ups with some big brands from around the world primarily because of their link to 1xbet which is an even bigger scam site in comparison.

Both sites have links to powerful people due to which money really isn't an issue for them which is why they are able to run their signature campaigns in this forum for so long despite all the negative criticism against them.

Cut the head of the snake and the body will disappear. Once 1xbet gets banned, 1xbit will automatically disappear in no time in my opinion.
