You are right there is no reason to invest any fund in gambling or stock business which is necessary/essential for his/her day-to-day life. The investment for gambling or stock business should be those fund which is idle money. And if loss that fund there will be no effect on daily life.

Even though I can only speculate why anyone would do this, it is certainly irrational, in the words of the guy who lost 0.08BTC :


I assume he meant he is addicted to specifically a game which is exclusive and only to be found on 1xbit, because otherwise, it would not be only addiction but also recklessness.
It is not hard for me to sympathize though, I personally have witnessed who people with addictions or other kind of problems struggle with emocional and psychological distress, so I can indeed feel bad for them and try to kindly explain to them that their money is likely gone forever.

I am new here on forum and I want to share my problem from 1xbit and hope some support here if works in 1xbit can explain me what is this?

I created account and  deposit  5 times in total amount of around 400 Usdt Trc 20.
First 4 deposits I lost my money and then deposit 5 th time 200 usdt trc 20 and made 395 usdt trc 20.
And I tried to withdraw my all funds to be able to get on my wallet. Was waiting for withdraw request and it not come to me, tried to refresh the page and I was logged out.

I write to security 1xbit email provided from live chat and after some time they said:


"The bookmaker reservs the right to refuse to accept a bet form any individual without a reason. Withcrawal is allowed.

They back to me this time this:
"good day we want to inform you that company decided to stop collaboration .... and they dont give me withdraw my money inside my account who are mine and I have deposited them.

I am so angry right now, because if I sent now email, they said that all informations provided are already and they will ignore my all emails.

I cannnot beleive that THey said first I can withdraw my money, and the second one when I logged in and made withdarw they just close account. I dont know what to do now? Crazy stuff. It's very rare to see gamblers invest into a site that already scammed them once which is insane if you think about it. It's tough to understand such gamblers and sympathise with them.

This is basically another form of gambling addiction which is an addiction to getting scammed again and again.

Well, I am not completely sure but I have seen around this board that allegedly 1xbit offers "attractive odds" in comparison to other platforms, probably as way to deceive more people into their casino, you can see an example of some user seeking for odds like those in 1xbit here

So my guess is that those who take the risk and create an alternative account, it is because they believe the odds are worth it. I  personally do not like the idea, that is only a personal theory anyways.  I think this last guy said he did it because he admits to have an addiction to gambling, but he did not choose to continue gambling on other place instead 1xbit...

It's ignorance. I also don't understand why he created and deposited again after the casino close his account. We would normally investigate if something happened to our accounts especially if there's money involved, I don't get it why would you trust a casino with your money for the second time if your account was limited by the casino which is a common red flag for casinos. Attractive casino offers are out there but it doesn't mean we won't do a background check of the casino first before we play on them.

I mean, I can understand someone would create an account there, since there are a lot of advertisement around the internet to deceive people and lure them into their casino, many have fallen for it because they did not make an extensive research as they were supposed to, before the first deposit.

What disappoints me a bit about his case is the fact he could have taken the first red flag which came with his first account getting frozen/restricted for no reason, but he decided to create a second one and deposited over 0.08BTC  

I honestly hope he was not gambling money he needs to live away, this way and on this specific casino.

1xbit is a proven scam site and you have a huge dare to play such a scam site and you have created multiple accounts on here. I could not understand why you have created multiple accounts even a single account while there is a lot of scam accusations against them. And also while any gambling site limits any account you should not create another on the same site.

I have no idea what is going on because when I tried to login it says incorrect username or password. I have contacted live support and they told me I need to write email to security email of 1xbit. Ok I wrote email there and after few hours they sent this to me:

" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I can't understand and why they didnt explane to me what is violated on my account, because I have nothing did wrong to my account and I am first time using this betting platform. I have just money below my deposit 565 usd and my total deposit is 560 usd. And why they want to close my account with my whole money inside, without giving me back my deposit? Any information about  this what to do? They doesnt want to speak with me on email anymore. I have there my deposit money but they now allow me to login and get back my money. I have all evidence  screenshot of account , hash deposits of deposits transactions and profile if need some support to send to them. it is 1xbit and not 1xbet though there are many proofs that they are connected or operated by the same team or person so yeah there are lot of legal issues towards these 2 site(or one site)
and they have to clear multiple or hundreds of issues here but they tend not to instead their silence covered their operation for almost a year now.

I think they have a lot of legal problems under 1xbet.
