what more evidence do you want to see? look at the negative feedbacks on the OP account see the references in the negative feedbacks. People who are complaining post a screenshot and you can see their account number, the amount they deposited, the amount they earned so what else do you need them to show as evidence? and you talk about newbies, but not everyone is obliged to create an account on this forum and obviously you will not see people with high ranking accounts using this site and coming to complain here for a simple reason: people from this high ranking forum can see the negative feedbacks on the OP account soon didn't use this site, that's why we are seeing newbies here complaining why are people who find this site on the internet and when they are blocked and stolen they create an account on this forum to complain

To begin with, most users are not able to provide proper evidence because the 1xbit scammers log the users out and don't even allow them to access their accounts and provide screenshots. Why do they have to be logged out in the first place?
The most common evidence is the message they get that they violated certain unknown terms that 1xbit doesn't usually like mentioning

The issue of this victim is six months old and no solution has come yet. So is there any information on exactly how many months 1xbit takes to resolve an issue?

You are giving examples of other websites that they also get a lot of complaints. But reputed gambling websites address those issues, and provide all kinds of support to their customers without any excuses. But nothing more can be expected from 1xbit, because the status of their reputation is understood to be exactly what kind of service they will provide.

Of course there's something going on and we all know what's going on, and if you don't know I'll sum it up: when someone wins money at this casino, the casino blocks the person's account because it accuses the person of having multiple accounts, and when the person complains , the casino simply tells the person that they are going to return every deposit and that as the person gambled a lot and lost then there is nothing left to return. You may ask yourself:

why aren't we seeing many people posting in this thread that they won a lot of money in this casino and that they manage to withdraw the lot of money they won?

Am genuinely surprised to see you promoting 1xbit. Anyway, to answer your queries, 1xbit has a history of locking or blocking accounts for an indefinite time period stating several bullshit reasons to seem legitimate.

Some victims stayed hopeful for years and still never got their money back which is why it's best to simply move on and learn from your mistake in my opinion.

You could file a scam accusation against them in this forum and accuse them in other review sites like Trustpilot in order to inform others about your plight. This is the best course of action you can take regarding your current situation.
