You are clearly one of the lucky ones since 1xbit do actually return some player funds randomly in order to make themselves look legit in order to scam more gamblers later on which has basically been their modus operandi from a long time.

He is just a bootlicker who doesn't care about the negative reputation of this site since money is all that matters to him.

1xbit is paying participants of the Signature campaign, is this their main achievement for you? There are so many complaints against a gambling website every day and yet you are defending them, this is a perverted act. 1xbit is scamming their customers using those funds to pay signature campaign participants. So the opinion of people against this website is important to others even if you don't care.

Why (knowing you have a gambling problem) would you deposit on an online casino of doubtful reputation while others with excellent reputation are available?
You should try to get serious help if you have an actual addiction to gambling and also why would you need more than one account on 1xbit?

Do you have problems with others KYC casinos or have they suspended you because of the use of several accounts?

When you say "you can withdraw the deposit sum", isn't suppose to be taken in consideration all accounts from the player? can you explain me why wasn't I able to take my winnings on this account, if I had bigger losses on the other accounts? security isn't answering any contact attempt from me.

Well, I'm ok with the account closure if they keep the same logic. They should cancel all bets in all closed accounts and refund the deposit sum - or not cancelling any bet in any closed account - because all closed accounts were closed for same reason.

It sounds like you were aware of their bad reputation and still invested here due to your gambling addiction which turned out to be a bad decision and that's on you. Your funds are gone and they most probably won't return them.

Also, creating multiple accounts in gambling sites is never a good idea since you give them a valid reason to ban you.

The 1xbit scammers work on a multitude of levels to scam their own users therefore it is not surprising to read they did it again. What is somewhat surprising though is that people such as you fail to heed to warning signs that so many of us putting out there in the hope of stopping new victims being created.

There are cases where members have not been scammed but the way they operate it seems inevitable they will do it, such is their reputation in this forum. If you claim is accurate then you are another number in a long list of victims, sadly.

This 1xbit behaviour is ridiculous now I suffered from their scam for the first time.

Facts:
1- I suffer from addiction - this is the only reason why I have multiple accounts - not to receive any bonus or wtv.
2- now finally I had an account with some winnings and I was about to withdraw (i deposited 4.76mBT and I had 20mBT).
They sent me this email:

"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only."


They voided all the bets (but only from this account not the remaining ones).

Funny that on my other account where I had hundreds of mBT of losses they didn't allow me to withdraw anything because I had loss everything in it so their message on that account was only:

Too bad there are always the same trolls in this thread. They seem to have their sights fully set on 1xbit and have made this more than a day job. I get the feeling that accounts have even been hired to monitor this topic 24/7 in order to give 1xbit a bad name. What are we doing then? It is obvious. They would likely be booted out of their signature campaign and considering with the red trust the participant have gotten because their association with this casino they would have quite a difficult time to find another (legitimate) casino that welcomes them in their signature campaigns, which means at this point for many of them all they got left to wearn some satoshis in this forum is 1xbit.

They will be silent this time and like 1xbit they also try to defend by giving different excuses. No matter how shameless a website is, it is regularly scamming its customers in this way without any problem.
Because 1xbit is spending a lot of money on marketing, so there are a lot of accounts here to shilling for them. So these shilling accounts will never ask 1xbit questions about these scams.
