The problem here is that 1xbit is backed by 1xbet which is a bigger site with more power and money in comparison which is why it's not easy to take them down legally.

The first mistake you did was when you made a deposit to the site expecting that they'll be straight with you if you win something. Personally, I believe that there is a very slim chance that your winnings will be withdrawn, let alone your initial deposit. Lots of people have been scammed by this site, and still there are people like you who continue to deposit in this god forsaken site, which in turn makes them continue what they're doing: scamming people.

If ever they did pay you back, it's either one of two things: you're a shill that they paid to make them look like they're reforming or you're just someone lucky receiving back your deposit.

It is surprising to think that you have deposited your money on a website where there is little hope of getting back. If you had to do a little bit of research about 1xbit before you deposited your money, you wouldn't have to face this kind of problem. It's a pity, even though there are still many trustworthy casinos and you end up dropping them at the casino. Lack of research makes you rush and don't think that it could be a big enough loss. I created yesterday account with number 444643921 and it is frozen and locked and I cannot login. I deposited there 800 usdt and bet on tickets and live games. I first deposited 500 usdt and lost it, then i deposited 300 usdt more and won 2400 usdt and then I have been logged out and cannot login because said incorrect username or password. It is regular high tournaments win and I dont know what is this,. I sent email to security of 1xbit and they told me this:
" Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account).
The decision was made after a careful investigation of the situation by our security service. The decision is based on a violation of the Terms and Conditions."

I have never violated any terms and conditions, just made account deposit first 500 USDT, I lost them in all, then I deposit again 300 USDT and win around 2400 usdt. Then they logged me out. This must be missunderstanding and you need to give me back my account to login and get back my money. I deposit so high money and all my savings there and it is not fair to take my money like that.
